Personality: Very clever like her parents, but not as cold or isolated. Nyla is curious and can be stubborn. She is also quite kind and a good problem solver.

Background: Nyla is the accidental product of a one night stand between James Moriarty and Eurus Holmes on one of the many occasions she escaped Sherrinford. Eurus gave birth to Nyla at 15 but her daughter was immediately taken away and placed with adoptive parents. At Sherlock's Uncle Rudy's request, Nyla was adopted by Oxford professor Isabella Burke, whom he thought would give her a good upbringing. Mycroft was made aware of her existence but Sherlock was never told, nor their parents.

Moriarty discovered Nyla's existence but was never able to get close to her due to high security and her location unknown.

However, due to Nyla's intelligence she was able to figure out she was adopted and went searching for answers. After the events of 'The Final Problem' her journey finally brought her to Baker Street where she met her uncle Sherlock and aunt Andromeda. With Mycroft present Nyla was finally given some answers and told the truth about her parentage. Currently she lives in Baker Steet with her aunt and uncle.

Likes: Reading, learning and exploring

Dislikes: hearing about the things her father did, irritating people, Chinese food.

Other Info: Nyla has a degree in English Literature, which was fueled by her love of books. Nyla grew up in a country house and finished school early basically by aceing every exam.
