Personality: clever and sweet. Adventurous, but has being a soldier in her blood.

Background:
When the 10th Doctor returned to Messaline (the planet Jenny was made with the progenation machine), only to fine the entire population, human and Hath dead. All except one 5 year old girl:

Little Maddie had been alone for days when the Doctor found her. He looked after her, and after doing a scan he found something shocking.

They'd made her in the machine with his DNA they had on record from Jenny.

Maddie was the Doctor's daughter.

After finding this out, he intended to look after her. But having a small child in the TARDIS wasn't exactly safe. And after a close encounter with the Daleks that almost resulted in Maddie dying, the Doctor made the heartbreaking decision that she'd be safer not living with him.

So he arranged things with UNIT, and they placed Maddie in a children's home (like in Tracy Beaker XD), where a UNIT officer was there undercover as a worker

The Doctor visited her regularly, as much as he could. And always on her birthday.

But after his regeneration into 11 he stopped visiting her, scared she wouldn't accept him anymore.

But as Maddie grew she flourished. She excelled at school and had talent in music and art. She was smart and brave, just like her dad.

•Even though the war on Messaline was over, the progenation machine implanted Maddie with the skills of a soldier. So sometimes she has bursts of violent, soldier like tendencies.
