Vanity is a pale brown, pale gray, and white spotted dutchie with dichroic eyes. She has gray horns and a dark brown, forked tongue.

She was born on a small island, but had to leave with her parents and brother when the island was taken over. She and her family now live in a small house nearby the coast of a different island.
