Her normal clothes - She wears long sleeve short blue jacket along with red ribbon, white tunic dress with golden buttons attached to make it stripped. She wears long white socks with black sole shoes with straps

In Mon world 

She wasn't given an outfit instead her ring would magically change into her elemental clothes that corresponds to each Elemental Realms they go. (Earth, Wind, Fire, Water, Light and Darkness)

In the finale, The golden dragon would reveal itself which caused her to changed into Arcadia, in exchange for using her body to awaken the true Golden Saint.

Magical Item:

Saint Star ring - only chooses the wearer with pure heart. It also correspond to emotions as well which unleashed the power. She can cast any elemental battle spells and bestow a knowledge without realizing it. It also says that it contains the essence of the  Guardian Angel who protects all Realms and could summon the Golden Dragon; Arcadia, the Golden Saint. 

But whenever she's trouble or seeing her friends in danger, her alter-ego (the soul of Arcadia) will take over as though she was possessed and help them before snapping out of a trance with no recollection of what happen.

Kara will transform into Arcadia in a different form in exchange for borrowing her body. She has 6 big golden wings.

Arcadia, The Golden Saint - She was once the Guardian Angel who protects all Realms and could summon the Golden Dragon when both defeated the Master of Time with her sacrifice. She sealed the Master of Time away before disappearing from the Mon world. Legend has it that her soul/essence still lives on within the Saint Star ring. Hopping someday, A new saint is chosen who shares the same essence as Aracdia.
