Personality: She is a very cheerful, helpful, sweet and kind-hearted person. She is was quite known to be a Lucky girl regardless of the danger surrounding her but good things always happen to her.  However, she gets bored and tired of being lucky whenever she did something go wrong, will go right with her until she met Milo. She loves excitement and adventures when it comes to Murphy's Law.

Appearance: She had blond hair with clover hair pin, peach skin and orange eyes. She had a yellow capelet with green collar, green T-shirt, knee-length socks and ankle strap flat black shoe. She also had two green wristband and her lucky belt bag filled with lucky charms. She only carry the things she need, not her wants.

Lou has a luck around her when it comes to danger. Whenever she's around, her luck always come to her which she was tired of it.
