Personality: intelligent, knowledgeable, mischievous and Peerless. She loves a good challenge when it comes to having a rival, Carmen Sandiego. She despise those who will try to destroy her. 

Looks: reddish-brownish short hair and wears dark red lipstick. Her face is Carmen San Diego lookalike. Due to the serum, her eyes changed to amber-gold eyes.

Clothes: Opposite to Carmen's outfit, except its Black Trench Coat and Wide Brim Hat along with Red jumpsuit underneath which had a shuriken shape buckle. Wears a white mask that is equipped with holomorphic disguise and invisibility. Also, equipped with a U-watch around her left wrist.

Skills:

Due to the serum, It enhances her strength and speed, even advance to intelligent mastermind. When it comes to heist, she's always two steps ahead.

Martial arts - shown to be very agile and a professional skilled fighter, being agile enough to free-run across steep rooftops, perform complex acrobatic maneuvers with considerable ease and defeat many professionals.

Thievery - As a professional thief, She steals items without her opponents knowing or sensing the act. 

Stealth - skillful in stealth, given her ability to sneak into multiple high-security complexes to perform her heists and disappear silently, allowing her to evade capture. She could even hide her presence perfectly.

Driving skills - can operate a wide range of vehicles, including but not limited to cars, motorcycles, and boats.

- A talented magician and a butler of Lady Noire, he was once served the wealthy man in order to pay off the debt of his death parents. When she stole 'him' along with money that was used for corrupted companies which led the wealthy man to arrest. He decided to serve her till the end of time. He's good with illusion tricks, medicines and poison such as hallucination, paralysis and sleep powder.

Codename: Hermes

- The greatest codebreaker and hacker. She was around Player's age and was homeschooled at the wealthy house due to her intelligence but she loves helping Lady Noire when it comes to heist. Her intelligence is far more beyond Player and Troll. One press of a button could take down any firewalls and codes. Not even agents could not locate her since everyone thought it might be a male. She was able erase all her works in the computer in a blink of an eye. She's good with gadgets when it comes to building for heist. She's in charge of transportations and vehicles.

Long time ago, Her Uncle was a scientist and developed a formula for a enhanced serum. Rose was only 8 year old when she enters the lab, and saw a mysterious person (Vile Agent) tries to steal the secret serum, but accidentally chucks it when a storm breaks through the window. It lands and she drinks it, transforming her into an enhanced child.

After her uncle passed away at the age of 13, she was left at the orphanage which left her alone and was planning on her life after her uncle told her she had a birth mother before running away from the shelter. At the age of 20, she began to steal priceless treasures across the nation, considering she loves to challenge.

When Rose first met Carmen, she was shocked to see her lookalike which made her more obsessed in 'playing' with her. When she learned the existence of VILE and Acme, she decided to play the neutral party to challenge Carmen and the other agents. Sometimes, she helps Carmen whenever she was in a dangerous situation. Carmen would go after Rose after learning she knew who their birth mother in exchange for coming after her. Rose usually leave many hints about their mother after finishing her heist.

When she learned that Carmen was captured by Vile, her protective side took over as she teamed up with Shadowsan in saving Carmen which she had learned she was brainwash. During a intense struggle with Chase, Julia, Graham and Shadowsan, Carmen is zapped with the memory restorer and returns to her senses after Rose took the hit from her attack then reveals the truth that she was Carmen's long lost twin sister due to the separation and has been secretly visiting their mother (which she didn't know she's Carmen's sister). Feeling injured, She also shows her the final Russian nesting doll (which she had it during her visit with their mother) missing from Carmen's collection before loses conscious.

After VILE's arrest, Acme plan to pick up Rose from the hospital until they find the bed was empty with a window opened. Carmen and Shadowsan plan to visit her, but not before Carmen sees Rose with Joker in the distance, who wishes her farewell by saying, 'Goodbye, sister.'  before disappearing out of sight.

Rose was at the cafe with Joker after hearing Carmen was finally reunited with their birth mother. She stated her goal has been completed, and Joker reminds her that with herself and Hermes who was with them the very first time. She can go on another adventure in search of new challenges, which she ultimately decides to do.

Two years later, Carmen finished subduing Paper Star before she catch sight of her sister, Rose on the roof, happy to see her again, before they took off to parts unknown, in search of new adventures to complete, together.
