*Blister Blunder the Ultimate-Powerful Cyborg, (my newest "The "Library Eagles" Resistance" Cyborg, Original Character) He is the leader of The "Library Eagles" Resistance, Cyborgs and is very powerful to even defeat Hollenmaschine, and other powerful Neo-Axis, members. he will be able to take down powerful Neo-Axis machines as well.

*Colander Tensioner the Electric Cyborg, (my newest "The "Library Eagles" Resistance" Cyborg, Original Character) he is Blister Blunder the Cyborg's, Second-In-Command of The "Library Eagles" Resistance, Cyborgs and the US Troops. he is also able to control Electricity like Nebular UltraStrom, as well.

*Drake Rockender the Rock-Powered Cyborg, (my newest "The "Library Eagles" Resistance" Cyborg, Original Character) He has the powers to control Rocks like both Tremor, (from the "Mortal Kombat X" video game) and Earthbenders (from the "Avatar: The Last Airbender" TV Show) as well.

*Sniffer Loke the Smoke Cyborg, (my newest "The "Library Eagles" Resistance" Cyborg, Original Character) he has the ability to turn invisible to blind his enemies. he also has the some of the same powers as Smoke, (Mortal Kombat) as well.

*Enton Checkbone the Redden Sun-Powered Cyborg, (my newest "The "Library Eagles" Resistance" Cyborg, Original Character) He is one of the Elite Cyborgs for The "Library Eagles" Resistance.

*Erick Munoz the Frozen Cyborg, (my newest "The "Library Eagles" Resistance" Cyborg, Original Character) he is a specialized Cyborg with the powers of ice freezing just like his brother who has also became a Cyborg.

*Jordan Munoz the Ice-Powered Cyborg, (my newest "The "Library Eagles" Resistance" Cyborg, Original Character) he is the brother of Erick Munoz the Frozen Cyborg, and is trying to be just like his brother.

(A/N I am going to have both Erick Munoz the Frozen Cyborg, and Jordan Munoz the Ice-Powered Cyborg, be like the Sub-Zero, Brothers so it can be very interesting. and also godzillahalofan, I am hoping that you are really ok with this kind of idea that I have came up for them.)

*Randy Romper the Toxic Cyborg, (my newest "The "Library Eagles" Resistance" Cyborg, Original Character) he is immune to Toxic Chemicals and if The Neo-Axis, tries to shoot him with Toxic Bullets, it will not do anything to him as he can control Toxic and use it back at The Neo-Axis, as it will melt them to nothing left.

*Jinson Hydrogen the Water Cyborg, (my newest "The "Library Eagles" Resistance" Cyborg, Original Character) he can control the temperature of the water from very hot to super cold to deal so much damage to any of The Neo-Axis, Troops. and he is also best friends with both Colander Tensioner the Electric Cyborg, and Sniffer Loke the Smoke Cyborg, and some more.

*Ultra Unit-73, (my newest "The "Library Eagles" Resistance" Robot, Original Character) He is an Robot of The "Library Eagles" Resistance, along with some other robot clones that look just like him. and he is the main leader of those robots and want to take down both The Axis Powers, and The Neo-Axis, to save both their worlds and also The Omniverse.
