Backstory: Her mother was a stray neko and her father was a triple S rated ghoul, Jessie was born both neko and ghoul. When she was three her mother was captured by the CCG to lure in her father, which worked CCG then murdered them both. The CCG didn't know about Jessie so they didn't go after her. When she was ten she started causing trouble in the 20th ward. This attracted the CCGs attention and the attention of the ghouls at Anteiku. She is now 18 and has been labeled as a triple S rated ghoul called the widow. Nether the CCG or Anteiku has been able to find out where she is in the 20th ward. Till she met a half human half ghoul who became her first friend.
