Take out the shirt of the second picture and the hairstyle, and add the shirt of the first one. Replace the shoes in the first one with the shoes in the second picture. Sweater in second picture stays, hat in first picture stays, and sunglasses still.

Compression socks for circulation issues. Usually used for POTS which she doesn't have, but she has a heart disease.
