Personality: Colby is a very relaxed individual. Very relaxed, if you catch my drift. She spends most of her time out and about in nature, or sometime attending rallies and protests. She's high about 60% of the time, but that's a percent that's slowly rising. She is a very socially aware individual, or at least likes to think of herself that way. Her biggest issue with the world is climate change and the destruction of her beloved nature and greenery. As a nymph, the wellbeing of the planet is something she takes incredibly seriously. All that being said, she's a giggly individual, and incredibly affectionate. Hugs, hand-holding, and kisses on the cheek are all to be expected, whether the relationship is platonic or romantic. She cares deeply for everything and everyone, even if they don't necessarily deserve her care and devotion.

Backstory: Colby is a nymph, specifically a dryad, which is a Greek nature spirit described as a being who lives in trees and takes the form of a beautiful young woman. Colby just doesn't usually live in a tree. Well, not anymore, that is. She does from time to time, though. She doesn't live in a big city, but will often plan day trips into them to attend rallies and protests, or just to meet up with friends there. Or get some certain purchases she can't get elsewhere. Here's where her life gets a bit more interesting: she has no idea how old she is or how long she's been on this earth. It has been hundreds of years, that's for sure, but she has no memory of what life was once like. As a young sapling, she went 'dormant.' Meaning, she pretty much just became a tree. A tree that grew for a very long time, her spirit sleeping deep within the trunk. She remembers a time, briefly, of waking, before she took up residence in another oak tree, once more going dormant for another hundred years or so. Then she woke up and here she is, a decade later. She hasn't aged, but discovered weed.

Other: unknown to Colby, her parentage is strange. A dryad and an aurae (also known as aura or aurai; a wind nymph); both female but gifted Colby by the goddess Orbona (in mythology she granted new children to parents who had become childless; both Colby's mothers had previously lost children before falling in love)
