Hero Outfit: No beanie (shows off his hair), wears Ultimate Warrior design face paint (doesn't matter what color), black leather pants for bottoms and a black Tank top/underwear t-shirt for a top, black shoes, and has a wireless earbud in his left ear. He also has a device that's a mobile hand held speaker that connects to him to play out music.

A/N: His quirk is a type of Hybrid quirk meaning it's one quirk but can do more than just it's original power/purpose.

Quirk: Mood Changer- the ability to change someone's mood by playing music, singing or simply talking or dancing. Josef can change someone's emotion or how they feel by playing music or singing or dancing with movement. He can make a depressed person feel Joy or make a calm person rage out. He can also put people to sleep by being gentle. You can tell what mood cause Josh's eyes will change (red-anger, blue-sadness, yellow-happy, orange-lazy, pink-romantic, etc) When he uses his quirk by dancing he can make someone move along with him. For example if he does the macarena whoever is watching him will join in. A bonus about his quirk is that when he hits high notes when singing his voice can let out a Sonic screech that can make someone go deaf or break heavy glass.

Faults/Habits:

[Fault] Besides AD-HD, he needs to listen to music 24/7( he mostly listens with one earbud in his ear) to help keep himself calm. If he doesn't, then he'll start drumming his fingers to a beat, tapping his foot to a rhythm, or break out in a dance routine.

[Fault] A fault in his quirk is that he needs to drink a lot (mostly water, juice, tea, etc) to help keep his voice from straining all the time (especially with high notes).

[Fault] Another fault in his quirk is he can accidentally use it on himself if he uses it too hard or can't control it. For example if he tries too hard to make someone fall asleep, he'll fall asleep as well or if he tries to hard to make someone sad, he'll end up becoming sad too so he can't use it for long periods of time.

[Fault] Another fault about his quirk is that whenever his emotions get the better of him he can accidentally release his quirk and others around him will feel the same way.(For example if he feels depressed, he can make anyone near him depressed as well without him really knowing it)

[Fault] He's also a little self conscious about his eyes cause he got bullied for it.

[Habit] Josef also has a habit/tendency to sometimes sing instead of talk like he's in a musical (it's a bad habit for him when he's overly excited or overly emotional)

[Habit] Another habit of Josef's is that he has a Collection of different earbuds. From wireless ones to ones with wires to headphones, to headsets in every different shape, material and color, Josh always has a couple pairs on him No Matter What.

Personality: kind, caring, funny, energetic, handsome, smart, artistic, stubborn, musically gifted, athletic, loyal and has a flare for performance (Whenever he does concerts he'll almost always wear face paint, or dress up for the occasion. So basically whenever he performs he does it with style).

Likes: Singing (all kinds), Rapping, Dancing (all kinds), DJ-ing, Beatboxing, Partying, Hanging out with friends, Instruments, Jogging and Running, Making music, Videogames, Doing harmless pranks, Girls (not in the way like a certain Grapist), Loves speaking English, Spanish, French, and Japanese the most though and Giving back to the people

Traits/Skills: Harmonic, Able to use all types of instruments, Really good at dancing (from solo to couples to ballet to break dancing to freestyle to Jiggs he can do it all), Languist(he speaks, writes, reads, and understands different kind of languages cause of the different genres of music).

Background: Josef is an older brother to a younger brother and baby sister and was raised by his single mother because his father overdosed on heroin, so he had to help out as well more than usual and mature just a bit more. He always did talent shows and was in a couple of bands, but his big break came when a music scout was looking for kids who could sing and dance. From age 12- 17(going on 18) he's been a worldwide hit in the Music, Broadway, Singing and Dancing department/industry. He's won many awards and has always given back ten fold to not only his mom but also others who grew up like him. He also likes to make jerks dance or make teachers sing for fun sometimes. He has the ability to make anyone feel what he wants; but only uses it to make those who are sad happy.
