Past until now: She was born of Steve and Bucky Barnes. And since birth she has been trained everyday by her parents friends. But her main trainer was Natasha Romanoff. She is like a mini version of her parents and her godmother, Nat. Even for being 16 she is already more accomplished than each of them. She managed to take out an assassin when she was 6. And it wasn't even one of the Avengers. So now she is a badass assassin.

Weapons/Special Abilities: She may not have any powers, but she knows how to use just about every weapon there is. 

Personality: She is kind-hearted, but will kick your ass. She prefers to be alone, but she will hang out with her friends every now and then.
