Quirk history: it is like one for all, it passes from one person to the next, getting stronger each time however when you pass along your quirk to a sucssesor you die, after passing the quirk the previous user has 1 year to get their affairs in order as they feel like something is burning inside them, this feeling grows each day until when their time comes and they disappear without a trace.

Quirk abilities:

Sight of vengeance: gives the user the ability to see everyone's "sins" (he's able to see the wrong doings of a person.)

Sin sense: able to sense the sins of any creature

Skeletal revenant: turns user body into a flaming skeleton by burning off the flesh from the inside out, very painful until it burns away the nervous system, then it tickles.

Hellfire: fire so hot that it can't be put out, not even by the deepest of waters or the vacuum of space, also burns permanently while the ghost rider is around, turns any organic matter that comes into contact with it to ash, able to melt any kind of metal in an instant when it comes into contact with the flames.

Tech interference: no lock-on technology can lock onto the ghost rider, it'll glitch out, you will have to eyeball it.

Power infusion: able to turn weapons and means of transportation into an hell imbued version of themselves, going faster and dealing way more damage, the transportation allows him to faster than the speed of light.

Flame creation: able to make weapons out of flames, guns, blades, chains, etc.

Penance stare: when activated and someone stares into the eyes of the ghost rider they relive all of their victims pain and suffering all at once until they can truly forgive themselves, making their eyes turn into a color of lightly burning coal, The bodies of the ones who encounter the penance stare end up unresponsive as they live out their penance for what could be the rest of their lives.

Super regeneration: the ghost rider can regenerate from almost nothing making it near impossible to kill the host, the ghost rider can also regenerate the flesh once the user decides to return to normal.

Severe Pain resistance: this only comes into affect when the the user has transformed for the tenth time, making the nerves almost completely unresponsive to pain.

Super durability: almost nothing can faze him, rapid fire is best used to stall him.

Super strength: when transformed he is as strong as allmight.

Karmic retribution: when fighting against someone all his stats increase by (x2)Y for every "sin" the opponent has committed and multiplies that factor by (Y) on how severe the sins are.

Transportation manipulation: the ghost rider is able to call their means of transportation from anywhere, they can even tunnel and emerge from the ground, he's also able to control it like an rc car but with his mind.

speed burst: able to travel 5 meters in 3 seconds on foot but only does it in short bursts.

Healing hand: able to heal others to come back from the grave but only if they died a few minutes ago and if the body is in one piece.

Power share: once a month the user is able to share a quarter of the power of the ghost rider with 1 person for 1 hour however this cuts his own power down by a quarter for 2 hours leaving him very vulnerable and is one of the only moments he's able to be killed

Forceful Quirk overload: it takes a lot of energy and concentration to do this but if he does then the victims quirk basically goes into overdrive, pushing past the body's limits until death.
(for example if he used it on someone with a hardening quirk the persons body would harden so much that it starts crumbling from how dense and heavy the body parts are.)
(If he fought someone with a quirk that allowed them to phase shift then he'd make certain parts of the body phase first such as the heart, lungs, liver, things like that.)
(If he fought someone with the ability to liquify themselves he would make them into a way less dense liquid and make them evaporate Etc.)

Quirk weaknesses:

water can only stall him

Freezing him stalls him for a longer time

Destroying his body stalls him the second most out of everything however he still can regenerate

His penance stare doesn't work on people who don't have eyes, are blind, or don't regret any sin they've committed at all.

The consequences of this power however is that his quirk basically gives him a second stomach that eats the pain of the "sinners"

Redemption can prevent him from killing people who have committed many or severe sins.

Passing on the quirk means you will die in a year.

The biggest weakness he has though are light based quirks like the stomach laser of Yuga Aoyama. (I know that my oc was very op and couldn't die/ be stalled for long so I felt bad and wanted to make an exception.) When used on a ghost rider it actually hurts him no matter what form he's in, this can stall him the most depending on the amount of time he's exposed to that kind of quirk and the intensity too, sometimes making him turn back into his regular form.

Backstory:

Having been quirkless all his life William wanted nothing more than to be treated normally instead of a freak growing up, at the age of 10 he watched his father, his mother, his brother and his baby sister get brutally murdered by three villains that called themselves the elementals, one had the power to turn into the very earth beneath us, another had the power to turn into the air itself, and the last having the ability to turn himself into water, they left William to die.

William lived on the streets for two years being a small time vigilante who didn't spare his victims, this caught the attention of Carter Slade who was known as a wanted anti-hero called the Ghost Rider. He saw potential in William to which he trained and tested until his bones cracked for 5 years. When Carter saw his progress he knew he was ready, he explained everything about his quirk and what would happen to him if he passed it to William.

William tried to refuse as he saw Carter as a father figure but Carter didn't train him all these years for nothing. Once he convinced William, it hurt like hell for both of them, but William now had the power to take on his families murderers. It took him 364 days to get his vengeance, and once he did he went back to the hill he had his first day of training on.

The hill was serene, it was in the country side and had a single cherry blossom tree on side, it overlooked a small forest surrounding a lake. He saw his teacher sitting on that hill beside his horse looking at the approaching sunset peacefully before approaching with a 6 pack of beer.

William sat down next to Carter and gave him a bottle of beer while opening one himself.

"You did it." Carter said in his deep husky western accented voice. Taking a sip of his beer.

"Yep." William replied sipping his beer before spitting it out. "How do you drink this?"

Carter chuckled, "you'll get used to it... This is seriously your first drink?" Carter asked with an eyebrow raised

William took another sip, coughing as it burnt his throat. "Yeah, wanted to share my first beer with you on your last day." William explained

"Well ain't that sweet?" Carter teased before getting slugged in the shoulder, chuckling afterwards.

"So what lies beyond?" William asked shakily not ready to part with Carter yet.

"Every rider gets their last ride, when they do they see every rider before them waiting to ride with 'em. Disappearing as the sun sets. I saw them when my teacher had her last ride." Carter explained

"Will I get to see you before my time then?" William asked

"Every sunrise you'll see me waiting for you, every sunset you'll see me riding off." Carter explained with a smile

"But what if I-" William began

"Shut it lightweight, your ruining my mood." Carter interrupted, glaring at him.

"Sorry." William apologized

A silence grew between them before Carter sighed.

"You won't need me after this, I've taught you everything I and every rider before me knew. I know you'll do just fine, but word of advice get yourself a wife and some kids. They'll strengthen your resolve, comfort you when times are tough, and they'll give you something to fight for." Carter told breaking the silence

William drank some more of his beer as Carter did the same.

"I'm glad you found me."

"Me too kid, me too."

It soon came time for Carter's departure, he finished his beer and set it aside before saddling up and looking at William. "It's time for my last ride kid."

"Thank you." William said

"No kid-" he transformed along with his horse "thank you. One last ride Rosey, hiyaa!" Carter thanked as he departed to the sunset, Rosey easily running across the water for their last ride.

As the sun set William saw every Rider before him waiting for Carter, one in particular was a woman with a more reddish flame and was also on a horse, looking at William before seemingly smiling as Carter joined the rest of them.

William watched the sun vanish as his teacher did too, a tear going down his cheek before he wiped it off, finishing his fist beer and leaving.

As the scene ends the screen shows a unfinished pack of beer on the hill and two empty beer bottles leaning on each other as light shines just right to make it look like there was multiple beer bottles, almost an uncountable amount and as the sun finally completely set Carter's bottle fell on its side.
