Quirk type: emitter for both the base and after effect.

Quirk description: cosmic storm is a very destructive quirk that both generates a bunch of energy and uses a bunch of energy as well, it is very destructive as one spark can make a crater the size of a quarter stick of dynamite, and the after effects are even worse, when used it leaves behind cosmic radiation, what makes it worse than regular radiation? Simple. Where regular radiation only affects living things cosmic radiation affects non living things too, the effect on living things is 10 times as dangerous, the ground becomes a sink hole that takes two people to get one person out of, the walls melt into mush and the ceiling slowly drips down. And it stays longer too, however it can go away if it is absorbed through the skin of garcello, but no one should go into that zone before before the radiation is cleared. Garcello can also use his quirk underneath his skin to use it as a defense as no physical object beside his hair, skin, and blood can touch him without being disintegrated, mutated, or melted, this also keeps the radiation at base since it is already beneath the skin, but this also puts on a light show of a different array of colors that he can control. The radiation built into his body keeps him safe from radiation and any diseases including lung cancer however it takes a long time to heal if he does get lung cancer and he hasn't aged since he was 21, however he is not invincible, fire, other gases, and things that will create impact damage such as explosions or air pressure shots can still very much get to him. not to mention if he absorbs his radiation it not only leaves his body open to attacks but absorbing too much at one time can give him internal bleeding, and even knock him unconscious.

Childhood: with a quirk like his he was expected a lot of him but inko comforted him, when he discovered cigarettes at age 13 he was addicted but when he was 15 he ran away from expectations and ended up homeless but still got by, Overhaul heard about his quirk from other homeless people and made him an offer, he can provide shelter, food, cigarettes and more as long as he worked for him, he accepted and at that time he had made clothing with his hair to make sure he doesn't have to buy clothing using his quirk

Role in the Hassaikai: first was guard duty but he got reassigned to be the care taker of Eri when the last one traumatized her, at first she didn't trust him but after a while she started to warm up to him, when that happened he got her a lollipop, and she loved it but when he asked what they do to her, she changed the subject and asked him to stop smoking, due to him coughing a lot, so he did for her, and also became a candy addict but hey better and cheaper than cigs, after 10 months of quitting he taught her about music, and sung her lullabies and used his colors to be a nightlight for her, and once she told him what they were doing to her, wrote a note for her to give to a hero if she ran into one, when she ran into Deku she gave him the note and went back.

Garcello then met with Deku told him where he could find their base, who had what quirk, how to counter them, what they were doing to her, and told them about their finished product, and told him he was going to be by Eri's side when they were escaping.

When the plan was set in action before Lemillion could get shot he disintegrated the bullet by shooting it with his quirk. He ran to Eri while dodging Chisaki's attacks, threw down his mask and stood by Lemilion to protect Eri and provide cover fire for Lemillion, but had something in his hand, a quirk erassing bullet, not the permanent kind but it would do, he gave the bullet to Lemillion and nodded, as he provided cover fire, once Chisaki's quirk was erased he was easy pickings for Midoriya.

He ended up being the caretaker for Eri and was pardoned for his crimes, once he found out that he was Deku's uncle he immediately taught him how to sing and rap like Eri, became a small hero but still a hero.

Attacks: prefers up close and personal attacks over long range because of the radiation that will seep out.

How he uses his quirk to attack:

Close range: using his quirk underneath his skin he can increase his strength dramatically by making his punches and kicks stronger, with the equivalent force of a quarter stick of dynamite. It also acts as a counter as his opponents can touch him without getting hurt. This also increases his speed and jump power.

Long range: using his quirk outside his body is very dangerous, as it leaves a visible trail of cosmic radiation that when it comes into contact with something, it melts, mutate's, and even turn it to ash within ten minutes unless it's absorbed by him.

Close range ultimate attacks:
By using his quirk on his skin he can create just tiny sparks that help him attack. But keeps the cosmic radiation within him or to a minimum

Cosmic fists: he covers his fists in sparks and punches, with each punch having the equivalent force of a quarter stick of dynamite.

Cosmic smash: picking up from his nephew, he developed a smash of his own. his fist gets covered in intense sparks that the punch following the activation has the equivalent force of two sticks of dynamite minimum and ten sticks of dinamight maximum.

Cosmic dash: uses quirk in his legs to sprint to his target but can only hold it for three seconds, and can travel up to a 5 meters.

Long range ultimate attacks:

Cosmic bolt: creates a lightning bolt that can tear through a six foot thick concrete wall with a destruction radius of six feet, when it hits a person it sends them flying with at speeds of five miles per hour.

Destructive ultimate attacks: attacks that he would prefer to never use, and definitely not use in a populated area. These attacks are a final resort that often leads to self injury at how much it takes out of him, at how much it damages the environment and at how dangerous it is for the victim of the attacks.

Celestial slam: jumps high in the air and surrounds himself in a ball of his quirk to come back down and slam into the earth, creating a giant crater with a two mile radius that shakes the ground in a ten mile radius and a high force of wind in a fifteen mile radius, breaking glass, cracking concrete, splintering wood, and even uprooting trees. The radiation it leaves behind is with a five mile radius and is concentrated in a sphere at the impact point. Taking a whole fifteen minutes to absorb through Garcellos skin. This is the least damaging of the three

Celestial quake: sends a huge surge of his quirk through the ground, cosmic lightning tearing through the earth and towards the target, if the target is within the conductive range of thirty feet or nine meters the attack will converge on the target and make a controlled explosion that sends the debris from below up to twenty feet into the air with a radius of nine feet. If the target is not within conductive range then the lighting, travels tin a cone shape the point being the user and travels to a distance of seventy feet or twenty-one meters and the width has a radius of fourty-five feet or thirteen meters within twenty seconds, however it doesn't go above the ground instead it as it travels along the seventy feet or twenty-one meters it goes further underground to a depth of six miles, once it reaches max depth it finally detonates making the ground collapse and shoot up a shockwave that can shatter bones. The radiation fills the new casm and travels up twenty more meters spreading around. The internal damage has two variations, if it is the conductive range the internal damage includes severe burns and lacerated veins on arms and ribs, coughing up blood, trouble breathing and severe weakness to attacks. If it is the non conductive range variation the internal damage includes severe burns, fractured bones, and lacerated veins on arms and ribs, trouble breathing, severe weakness to attacks and unconsciousness. This is debatably his second most damaging attack.

Celestial conduit: his quirk acts as a lightning rod, dark clouds of his quirks lightning surrounding him above blocking out the light before striking him with his own quirk, allowing him to shoot off a continuous stream of cosmic lightning and radiation for a full three minutes, with a force that unravels the concrete and bends the strongest of metal from the wind pressure alone.
