Backstory: it was when he was first born his mother and father noticed something off about him one night during a thunder storm he was crying he was only 5 at the time that's when his unkown quirk activated and he got enough electricity that all of it he couldn't contain and his house went ablaze it happens a lot now with his quirk he wants to go to UA to become a hero
