Looks: Tall, long blonde hair, silver eyes, pale skin with freckles, curvy figure. Wears a simple black halter top dress most of the time(her vibe is basically Arachne from Soul Eater) although she will wear a Wingbind or a soul reaper uniform when she needs too.
Crush(Technically Husband): Shunsui Kyōraku
Personality: Calm, friendly, can be a bit bossy sometimes, caring/overprotective
Weapon/Abilities: Unmei no ito(Threads of Fate)(a simple black sheathed katana, blade looks like it's broken into spiderweb like fractures)
Her shika gives her weapons like Walter from Hellsing(so basically garrote wire attached to gloves) but each wire is coated in poison that will slowly numb a person to all sense of feeling over the course of a battle.
Her bankai is fun cause it takes that poison element up to like twenty to the point where the air she breaths out now has the same effect.
Also she gains fangs that when she bites you it's like an instant KO. You're dead.
She can chose to essentially give someone a kiss which will spare them from all of her poison effects(even in shikai as well as other poison based Zanpakutōs so Kurotsuchi's poison doesn't work), and while she's in bankai and if you have been spared from her poison she can basically control you like a puppet.

Backstory: Iris was technically speaking born in England to a soul reaper mother and a Wingbind agent for a father. Growing up she bounced between the two and when she was a young adult(or the soul reaper equivalent) on a visit to the Soul Society she met Shunsui, quickly falling head over heels for him. After a while of dating the two of them married and attempted to start a family only to suffer several setbacks in the process(Iris's powers(basically her poison) made it difficult for her to have a child as well as the fact that she was technically part human too) after a literal century of trying the two eventually had Alice. Once her daughter was old enough, Iris decided to go back to work as the head of Communications between the Soul Society and Wingbind.
Other: Technically works for Wingbind so she talks with a British accent.

Looks: Short curly brown hair, silver-blue eyes, tan skin with freckles across her nose and cheeks as well as her arms. Average height and body type. Wears a soul reaper uniform normally, in the human world wears a short sleeve blue shirt with black shorts and white tennis shoes.
Crush: Uryuu Ishida
Personality: Bubbly, goofy, can be overly dramatic sometimes, a very go with the flow type person.
Weapon/Abilities: sagashi te iru garasu(The Looking Glass)(a simple blue and white sword with a blade that shines like a mirror)
Basically in its shika it grants the user control over all surfaces that can hold a reflection(she has used someone's glasses against them in a battle) and she can also travel through reflections into essentially "Wonderland". A place where she is in absolute control complete with "Characters from the story" that essentially are different parts of her personality personified. Also if anyone who isn't her or isn't in contact with her gets pulled in they go insane.

Backstory: Alice is the daughter of Iris and Shunsui, born after many failed attempts for the couple at having a child. She grew up a very sheltered life and jumped at the first chance to join the Court Guard Squads, going into the first one that accepted her.
Other: Jushiro Ukitake is her godfather, she's the fourth seat of squad ten.
