Backstory: Bianca spent most of her childhood being experimented on by a branch of LexCorp which resulted in her powers. She was taken in by the Bat Family after her first try at being a bad guy failed and resulted in her being caught by Dick. He felt sorry for her and asked Bruce to take her in.
