Backstory: She was picked as a starter Pokémon and had evolved after three gyms, but her trainer caught a Pignite, then decided he was better and threw her Poké Ball in a lake. She escaped and destroyed the Poké Ball. She wished to become human like most Pokémon and Jirachi granted the wish, so she became human one night while she was sleeping.
