looks: it looks almost the same as thee shock just with some changes, it has two eye holes in its mask allowing it to see, the mouth of the mask has a juncktion that has a grey wire like tube connected to it, the tube leads to a tank that holds liquid nitrogen, the second wire like tube that was supposed to be attached to the mask drags behind it the tank that it is connected to is pulled away from its back ripping away some "skin". it has no lines on its sides.

other: unlike the shocker the frostbit can't jump but it still can kick you with it clawed feet, the frostbit breaths out liquid nitrogen freezing everything in its path.
