She's based from Nanny Ashtoreth (Female Crowley) from Good Omens.

I have a headcanon that she used to work for Victoria Sheffield (she was the most trusted assistant). But since Ms. Sheffield died, she ended up working for a guy named Nathan Bosé (probably spelled that wrong) and had some... uh... other nightly businesses.
