Catlike reflexes, abilities, and senses as well as night vision trained in ninjitsu thus knowing a combination of ninja magic and Neko good in first aid lock picking, thievery ability to make weapons from her blood, and a telepath. and oddly she's good with tech. Can also change into a kitty.

Kisa was originally a house pet like her mother and had a shock collar but her first owner decided to train her as a ninja. Kisa learned quickly but when l he passed she was sold off.

Eventually, Kisa escaped the shock collar and ran away using her skills to survive and not be found not wanting to be used as a breeding Neko.

Kisa can sometimes be shy at first but is generally random in her reactions due to her time as a house pet. She's intelligent intuitive and very playful with a mischief streak.

She likes anime, books, manga, pocky, sushi, fish and chips, chocolate and food period and singing music

She loves water but fears being drowned or locked up due to a bad pet owner.
