Elis has been through a few boarding schools in attempt to hide her, by her dad while getting her the best education.  She's been trained in etiquette, and how to be lady, while also being taught to protect herself and any skills her father deems needed to continue his legacy. She has yet to learn whom her mother is.

Elis is intuitive an polite most of the time. She's warm to those she cares for and tends to know whom she likes. She tries to keep walls up to block her powers and try to be semi-normal. But the wall is difficult to maintain, and skin contact can strengthen her connections. She's intelligent an intuitive. And easily excited about the few rare people she can't read.  She considers her powers a blessing and a curse. And the same for her family name, because all though she loves her dad, she longs to make her own path
