simon was a kid with a rough past he lost his parents thanks to a car crash after that he was alone he barely talk to anyone he had no friends or other relatives that care for him he shortly became a thug causing murders until a secret organization found him and offer him to be a test subject for a important that would change humanity simon agreed with out hesitation until what it was gene splicing of animal dna mainly reptiles simon was strap as his been tested over and over been injected by different dnas of different reptiles as his body started to mutated into something horrible but it over lord the facility as it explodes as simon was the only survivor of the blast as he weakly crawl out of the rebel as he woke up he found out he had abilities and powers of reptiles and have scaly skin to the strength of a komodo dragon tough skin like a croc/gator silent as a snake aquatic speed of a iguana and sneaky as a chameleon he used theses powers for his own benefit getting a new bike and even got a cool sword and wears a mask cover half of his scales but he shortly decided to become a hero and defend the world of evil while try to control his primal side if he ever gets angry
