Sirabi (MHA Oc)

(As said before, I will later remake this chapter to be more detailed.)

Name: Sirabi Hebikuro

Age: 19

Gender: Female

Height: 5'8

Appearance: She has long white hair with black edges and light purple/magenta streaks, violet eyes that flicker between purple, magenta, and lavender, a semi-pointed tongue, and fanglike incisors. Her skin is extremely pale, and her figure is slim and lithe, curved but not to an extreme. She has smallish hips and her body is mostly slender and strong. Her arms are skinny, even though she does have muscles.

Weapons: Her favorite weapons to fight with are katanas, or her scythe which is black with a purple jeweled blade.

Personality: Cold and uncaring, she's pretty chill and emotionless, though she has a harsh temper and can be quite scary and intimidating if she needs to be. On the other hand, she can be quite cute and kind, also being affectionate. Mostly though, her personality is kind of chilly and she doesn't care about anything. However she believes in her goals and will fight to achieve them, though she doesn't like killing civilians or hero students. She believes that the system of heroes is completely corrupted, and seeks to destroy and rebuild it. She's a pacifist at heart, though life shaped her into a monster. She's quite mature and thinks a lot, not really very talkative.

Backstory: Her father was always abusive towards her and her mother, being constantly drunk and saying that she was only born to help their marriage, and that she had to become a hero to bring honor to their family. He constantly called her a mistake and would beat her after she was five and didn't have any noticeable quirk apart from the fact she had once held a rattlesnake without getting bitten.
At the age of seven she was playing outside when she accidentally disintegrated the tree in her backyard. Her father was outside at the time, and got a knife, telling her there was no way she'd ever be a hero as she was just a destructive freak. Her mother grabbed his arm to try to stop him when he raised the knife, and Shirabi panicked, raising her palm to try to shield herself from the killing blow. When the knife touched her hand it turned to dust, and her quirk spread through it, killing both her father and mother. She was scared and somehow survived, gaining a permanent fear of touching people.
Because she didn't know how or why it happened, or whether it was only from her hands, she didn't ever touch anyone and wouldn't let them touch her. Since her quirk wasn't fully developed, it only activated when she was emotional, at least until she was older. Then it was permanent.
She found a black pair of elbow-length gloves one day when she was ten that she started wearing. She didn't remember where she got them, or how long she had had them, but they were the one thing that her hands didn't disintegrate, so she started wearing them all the time. After that she could touch things properly again, though she still retained her fear.

When she was fourteen she enrolled in the Hero Academy. Since she was eleven an had been first discovered by the Top Ten heroes, they had been keeping and eye on her. They alerted Principal Nezu about her abilities. In the robot destroying part of the test, she got the highest score, even going out of her way to help one of the other students trapped underneath a boulder. However she was put in seventh place because of Endeavor's influence.
For the written test she also passed, but then received a hologram from Endeavor saying that she failed.
This was because the Hero council was alarmed from the strength of her quirk, and was worried it could be a threat to them. The message self-destructed in her hands moments after the hologram disappeared, leaving her with cuts on her neck for two weeks and one permanent scar across her collarbone.

When she was fifteen she went to a store. The person who ran the store was five years older then her, and when there was no one else in the store, he started flirting. Then he asked her if she wanted to go on a date. She politely denied and started looking around the shop the see if their was anyone else that could help her, since he might attack if she tried to run. He got mad and walked out from behind the counter, shoving her against the wall.
Then he started laughing at her when she told him to get away, and asked her why she was wearing gloves, taking one off despite her struggles.
She got free of his grasp but accidentally brushed her hand against a shelf when she tried to run, disintegrating it.
The man then called the heroes and claimed that there was someone using their quick to destroy his store.
The heroes showed up immediately, and recognized her as the one they failed from the test. They dragged her with them to a special prison despite her attempts to explain, and chained her hands behind her back after she put on the gloves, since she couldn't disintegrate them. When the council of heroes heard, they panicked, thinking she wanted revenge. But the longest amount of time they could keep her in solitary confinement was a year, so they changed the details of the story, saying that she attempted to kill the store owner. She was placed in solitary confinement for three years.

When she got out of solitary confinement, she went to a restaurant where there were only a few cloaked people there. One of them walked over to her and said they knew who she was, and asked if she wanted revenge on the heroes that put her in jail. She said she didn't, that she just wanted to fix the corrupted system, but the person dragged her to a garage where the store owner from before was tied to a chair. They encouraged her to kill him, but she refused, instead cutting his face and disintegrating the rope, telling him to leave before she changed her mind.

Then she left, only to be followed by the hooded people into an alley. There they revealed who they were, and one of them shoved her into a portal, transporting her to their base. There they explained that they were the league of villains, and had been trying to find out more about her for years ever since they first learned of her existence. They told her about themselves, and wanted her to join. She accepted the invitation under the terms that they would try not to kill/hurt innocent civilians. After that they told some of their backstories, and explained their quirks.
Tomura put his hand on her face to demonstrate that since their quirks were practically the same, they couldn't disintegrate each other. Later Kurogiri lectured him on the danger of that motion, since he didn't know for sure that their quirks wouldn't affect one another. Tomura reacted to that in a typical immature fashion, essentially ignoring him.

Tomura ended up explaining his background to Sirabi when they were alone, and she told him what the league hadn't known about her, like her secondary quirk and full backstory. She got along quite well with Spinner, and the two ended up being best friends, always hanging out and playing video games together, and fighting side by side. While she was first getting used to her quirk and learning of how to fight, the League would keep an eye on her when they went out on missions, to make sure she didn't get hurt. In her first expiditon, where they robbed a bank from the inside out, Spinner abandoned his own fight several times to help her, as she wasn't used to ever using her quirk. She viewed the League as a place where she belonged, almost like a true family that accepted her. However, because of her own morals, she would sometimes argue about missions, having a habit of managing to convince the others of her beliefs, that they shouldn't kill the students, or children. To her, she wanted to destroy the system of heroes and rebuild a new system, one that wasn't corrupted.

She refused to take part of the UA attack, only joining them to warn the League at the last moment that stronger heroes were coming. As the League left, she encountered Bakugou. Instead of killing him when he attacked her and then ran, hiding behind a wall, she simply told him to run, and get somewhere safe, then leaving with her teammates. Later, she got into a fight with Tomura, as he was mad that she hadn't killed Bakugou. She called him by his original name, and told him that if they killed children and took away their futures, then they were even worse then the heroes they seemed to destroy, since they knew the consequences of their actions. She didn't give him a chance to respond, instead storming away.

Quirk: She has a primary quirk, and a secondary quirk. The main quirk has two different functions. Her main quirk is quite similar to the decay quirk, with the fact that anything she touches with her hand turns to white/black ash. The side function is that it allows her to "melt" whatever she touches to dust. Her secondary quirk is that she can project her emotions and wants on snakes, causing them to obey her and be drawn to her. Essentially, if she touches something with any part of her palm, including her fingers, her quirk will disintegrate it. The only person she can touch is Tomura, as their quirks cancel each other's out. Her quirks are called "Dissolve" and "Serpentine".

Quirk Drawbacks: There are no known drawbacks to her quirk "Serpentine", though she rarely uses it and it really depends on the personality of the snake she uses it on. Drawbacks to her Dissolve quirk involve temporary weakness in her arms and legs, dizziness, headaches, coughing up blood, and fainting, depending on how much she overuses it.

Weaknesses: Her main quirk is a close combat/melee quirk. This makes her vulnerable to long distance attacks, though she is good at dodging. Another problem is she has to take off one of her gloves before touching something. If she touches a material, her quirk will spread over the whole item and disintegrate all of it. However, say she touches a piece of paper and it gets ripped in half before her quirk can get to the other half. The part that was ripped off won't be effected unless she touches it. Say she touches a piece of wood with nails in it. Her quirk will only disintegrate materials that are practically the same as what she touched, so the nails will be left unharmed. However, if she touches a rock with similar minerals in it, the whole rock will dissolve. Her quirk isn't too fast unless she's emotionally stressed or concentrating. Another thing is that she can't disintegrate pure water. Her quirk effects other liquids, and she can disintegrate the minerals in water, but not the water itself. Her quirk doesn't work on herself, and it's still unknown as to whether or not her quirk can be used on oxygen.

Relationships:

Dabi:

Her and Dabi get along decently. They don't really talk that often, though they sometimes hang out if they want to get away from the insanity of the others. She's usually rather quite around him, and they got to know each other when they both incidentally went to the roof to get some peace and quite. Sirabi gets along well with him when she's in a calmer mood, since they both don't really care about what's going on. On the other hand, sometimes even he gets a little scared of the things she says and does. They're pretty good friends, and work as a good team. She doesn't really ask about his scars, and he doesn't ask about her parents. Sometimes they go out to get food or tea together, and actually like a lot of the same book series.

Tomura: They have a special connection from their similar backstories and quirks. Sirabi looks up to him partially, and Tomura is quite protective of her, almost acting like a big brother at times. She's one of the only people that's seen the cuter side of him, and she trusts him to an extreme level. However sometimes their ideals clash. When she gets really mad at him, she'll call him Tenko, though only when they're not around the others. She'll occasionally run her hand down his face or touch his wrist/arm since he's the only person she can touch without her gloves. He doesn't really mind this, as she's never touched people before and has an almost childlike fascination with the sense. However, Tomura associates her lack of desire to kill with innocence, and has trouble seeing her as someone cold or intimidating, instead viewing her as kawaii, pure and childish person. This becomes a problem sometimes, as he treats her as if she matches up to his interpretation of her. Usually when he gets really mad at the others, she intervenes since she's the only one his quirk won't harm. This allows her to hold him back until he's calmed. And also she sometimes lets him win at Mario Kart.

Spinner:

Spinner is her best friend. No questions asked. From the moment she agreed to join the League of Villains, he was drawn to her. Not from her snake-related secondary quirk, but from the fact she wasn't even phased by his appearance, smiling at him immediately. After introducing himself, he told her he thought they would get along. After that they were almost inseparable. Spinner was the one who taught her how to fight with  different weapons, and until she was strong enough with her quirk, he would keep an eye on her on their missions and kill any attackers that slipped through her defenses. They would spend a lot of their free time together, usually chatting about some book series or playing video games. Whenever they played Mario Super Smash Brothers, Sirabi would choose Bayonetta as her fighter and Spinner would choose Joker. They ended up winning and losing against each other pretty equally in most video games. After she learned to fight well, she would fight side by side with Spinner, and if they were outnumbered they had a sequence to fight back to back and not leave any open spots in their alternating defenses and attacks. They work as an excellent combo and are almost always together.
