Looks: Slender and tall, she has pale skin and eyes like Orochimaru's but hers are crystal blue. She has long hair which was originally white but turned violet over time, and she has two very dark purple dots on her forehead like the red Kaguya clan birthmark. She has the Sharingan in her left eye, and wears a black mask similar to Zabuza's that covers her throat and mouth. Her headband is worn in the same fashion as Kakashi, to cover her left eye. If you look past her odd appearance, she's actually rather attractive, with the sort of cold beauty possessed by a frozen lake.

Personality: A very loyal person, the first impression of her is  someone who doesn't let others close to her. She's similar to Sai in the fact that she often says what she thinks, unless she's keeping a secret or information. She often doesn't understand how or why people get insulted by the things she says. After a while in Team Kakashi she started to warm up to people, yet she still prefers to spend time alone. She's often rather lonely. As a child, she viewed Orochimaru in a similar way to Kimimaro, often speaking about him in reverence. She viewed him with the utmost respect, as a kind of parental figure, and would often overestimate him in some ways. She grew out of that trait a while after becoming a ninja. If you actually take the time to get to know her, she's actually a rather likable person, despite being a little awkward around people. A rather chilly/cool person, she acts like she prefers to spend time alone. She has a bad habit of blaming herself for things she can't control, like battles or deaths. It may not seem like it, but if someone she cares about or works with gets hurt, she cares a lot and will often try to heal or defend them. She's actually a little mischievous, and is what would be called a "Silver-tongue".

Tailed beast: The two-tailed yokai. It usually takes the form of a cat like creature with a gem on its forehead, or a two-tailed wolf. Sometimes it has lavender feathered wings.

Backstory: 

She was found in Ryuchi Cave by Manda at age six. Manda then took her to Orochimaru after realizing her clan. She was trained by Kabuto and Kimimaro, and taught by Orochimaru. She joined the Sound Five but wasn't a part of the Konoha Crush. When Sasuke left the village, she took Kimimaro's place in retrieving him, and battled against Gaara and Lee. She then partially healed the members of the Sound Four and used her summon to take them back to Orochimaru's hideout.
 After Sasuke killed Orochimaru, she attacked him. However, the battle ended in a draw with neither able to defeat the other. From there she went to the Akatsuki, joining them after a while. She was there until Sasuke joined, and then she deserted, learning that the Akatsuki planned on unleashing the Ten-Tails. From there she found Sai and was taken to Kakashi by him. After a while she was added to team Kakashi, and worked with them, though she wasn't fully trusted. She also retained some old loyalties, which were shown when she refused to kill kabuto, ultimately allowing him to escape.
She fought in the Ninja Wars, and when Orochimaru was revived, she convinced him to reanimate the previous Hokages to answer Sasuke's questions and assist in the war. She fought against Madara, and when Kaguya was brought back she attacked first, to defend Team Seven. After that Sasuke and Naruto joined the fight. Halfway through the battle, Kaguya stopped her by promising to tell her about her clan and why she was alive. Kakashi was able to snap her out of her trance, and she entered her sage mode and fought Kaguya while Team Seven sealed her.
She worked as a team with them after that, and helped convince Kabuto to turn good. When Orochimaru allied himself with the Leaf Village, she continued to work with him and helped raise Mitsuki. From there she spent most of her time helping Kabuto at the orphanage, or hanging out with Orochimaru and Suigetsu in meetings. She once tried to invite the old members of Team Seven to one of these meetings, which ended with flipped tables and reptiles slithering around everywhere. She proceeded to hang out with Orochimaru and his old subordinates separately from Team Seven. Mitsuki often viewed her with respect, as a slightly parental figure or a sensei.

Strengths: Speed, agility, ninjutsu, genjutsu, medical ninjutsu, ice style, crystal release, chakra scalpels and summonings.

Weaknesses: Taijutsu, Lightning style, Earth style, and the Rinnegan.

Chakra nature: Snow style and Gravity release.

Kekkei Genkai:
Apart from having the Kaguya ability to use her bones as weapons, she can also use a jutsu transform into a creature identical to Orochimaru's "Eight branches technique", except for when she transforms instead of being white, she's black with purple rune patterns, and a little smaller. The markings around her eyes are magenta and her eyes are dark blue in this form. She also has the Sharingan in her left eye.

She also has a powerful seal on her back with six different stages, Ice stage, Killer stage, Ghost stage, Spirit stage, Demon stage, and the Reaper stage.

In it's different stages, it releases increasing amounts of a lavender chakra. She can combine it's final stage with her sage mode to make herself virtually invincible for a while....However, this action is a last resort, as it's an practically sure way to kill her if she stays like that for more then a few moments. After she's entered a stage, her fighting skills increase. However, after she stops using the seal, it drains a lot more of her chakra, making it dangerous for her to use. In her Ghost stage and above, she can also manipulate shadows through her chakra. For some reason, after she exits any stage higher than Ghost stage, instead of draining her chakra, it takes some of her blood which it then turns into chakra and absorbs. While this seal is powerful, she hasn't fully learned to control it and so far it only activates when she's badly hurt, or in an extremely fragile state. If she does go into Killer or Demon stage, she often loses control of her temper and lashes out blindly. Overall, she doesn't use the seal too often, to her it's more of a curse than a help.

Genin appearance:

Genin outfit: She wore an outfit similar to Mitsuki's though hers was colored lavender and white.

Chunin appearance: As she got older, her hair started to fade from white to violet. She has the same overall figure as Tayuya.

Chunin outfit:

Shippuden appearance: Her hair is longer, she now wears it in the same fashion as Deidera. She has a similar figure to Sakura.

Shippuden outfit: She usually wore an outfit similar to Sarada's or Deidera's.

Boruto appearance: Her hair is now a lot longer, she has a similar figure to Temari.

Perhaps one of Nagini's best abilities was her summoning jutsu. She had several contracts with the snakes from Ryuchi Cave, and was able to summon the White Snake Sage during the shippuden arc, though she didn't use this summon very often out of respect and because of the chakra it required. Also, there was a chance that if she summoned it at the wrong time, it would vanish or try to eat her.
