Description: Keiko is able to produce bubbles from her palms, Both calm and fun ones and Explosive ones. They only come out of her palms and no other part of the body which makes it a bit inconvenient (Hense why she had the boots made)

Strength: She can keep a bubble thriving until she places her hand as Uraraka does and she can make them pop (Does not work for explosive bubbles for they have to be detonated)

Weaknesses: She has to be around a hero with a Fire or Explosive quirk or the explosive bubbles are rendered useless

How did you obtain it (what was happening at the time): Ace and Keiko act more like best friends than siblings. When Ace was showing Keiko his quirk she laughs every time he uses it. One day while laughing she produced bubbles of her own.
