Backstory: William Markson was originally a bow knight in Medieval England serving under the king.

One day, after a fateful battle against army, Will was fatally wounded and running low on his life.

Even though he was close to death, he saved a Wisp from being captured by a witch.

As thanks for saving his life, the Wisp combined itself with his soul, giving him incredible powers.

This also caused him to go several centuries into the future.
