Why She Likes Him:

She was interested in Shoto based on his dry personality, dense ways at first. She found him interesting and kinda of bugged him to the point he accepted it then became friends with her. She likes him because he is the person that tells her Julia how about you take a walk/break, when he can tell that she's being hyper or overstimulated. Also she finds him funny and just an amazing person. Just two awkward beans cause she can be awkward sometimes. Also opposites do tend to attract.

Quirk: Elements

Quirk Description:
Her quirk is connected to her emotions and how she thinks/fouces.

She can control water, fire, and a bit of earth/rock. Her quirk is pretty powerful, but she has her limits.

Water:
This is her most powerful part of her quirk and is fully trained and can go beyond. She can take molecules from the air to have water near her. She can use it to create waves and much more.
It's a lot like water bending. She had a lot of creativity with this quirk. 

Fire:
At the beginning of her time at UA, she isn't able to control it. Her fire part is usually caused by anger, so she has to prevent it as much as possible. Flares up do happen once in awhile, but eventually she does learn to control it.

Earth/Rock:
This part of her quirk is pretty weak so it tends to be not used as often along with the drawbacks. She can stomp on the ground and cause a cliffs to form/ rocks ,like earth bending a bit. She can stomp the ground and cause to shake. This part is locked for her until after the UA Festival is where she discovers it during a training session.

Wind:
She discovers this post-summer camp, she was outside relaxing on the ground and reading a book before she got spooked then accidentally blasted the person back with a gust of wind. This part of her quirk, is pretty weak still..

Rings of elements:
It's this spinning circles that can be a powerful attack, but can only be used once depending on the strength it needs to be/ how big the circles are. Making it too big/wide, will cause injury to her hands, fractures, etc. She has be focused to use this due to the precision needed. She can use it multiple times if the strength is on a scale of 4 out of 10 which is about 3 or times depending on how powerful she makes the next time she uses it.

Blood Bending:

This skill will be acquired to her during the attack during the Summer Training Camp. This technique she learns by accident and uses it to survive the attack. She vowed to never use this technique again, but only in situations where her life or many lives are in stake.  

Water Clones/Water Orb:

As she gets more advanced, she learns a technique where she can replace her body with water and become a puddle where she has multiple water orbs form around the area. Those water orbs can be become clones which can only use the water abilities of her quirk. (no blood blending at all). The orbs can be any size and this is useful when she is trapped or needs to collect information about an opponent's fight style. This gives her another set of eyes. But if all of the water orbs are destroyed she will appear back.

Quirk Advantages:

Water: 

She is able to control and move any sort of liquid. She can create waves, tidal waves, and maneuver water into any shape or form. She able to break ice due to the frozen water molecules within. This is like a third arm and leg to her and can be used as weapon or just in generally in daily life. She can form large hands to grab or hold something, but the distance she can use it to is unknown. Blood-bending is an ability she eventually learns how to do, but will rarely ever use. 

Fire:

Once she is able to control this part of her quirk, thanks to the help of Shoto Todoroki and her work study/internship with Endeavor, this part of quirk becomes very useful in pulling off any sort of fire attacks to cause damage. She is able to use this in daily life is wanted, but doesn't. She is able to create any shape or form with fire and can have her entire body be engulfed in flames to cause more damage to her opponent. 

When she isn't able to control it at first, making her angry can cause her to be engulfed in flames and be useful in an attack, but not without damage to her body. 

As she gets more advanced, she is able to learn how to change the temperature of her fire, but that is after the final exam.

Earth/Rock:

She is able form or create landslides, earthquakes if wanted and anything with rock or dirt. This also includes controlling plant life too. This part of her quirk she can stomp on the ground and form a ditch to catch her opponent and can crack the surface. 

This part could be extremely dangerous is advanced well enough to the point where she could (but she will never be able to) cause massive earthquakes. (She will only be able to do it 10-15 feet radius of where she is)

Wind:

Creating breezes or any sort of wind motion. It can sent opponents back to prevent them from harming or even touching her. This is useful in protecting others and she can also use this for the ring of elements. She can create a powerful sphere of wind in her hand and then expand it to throw someone off balance. 

If advanced enough, she could create tornadoes, but that isn't developed until she reaches the age of 21. 


Quirk Drawbacks:

Water: 
If she overuses her water she of her quirk, she'll become dehydrated along with start to have her hands shake which makes any time after she tries to use her quirk, to cause harm to hands, sprains in her hands, etc. A sort of hand injury. She will also start coughing up water if overused way too much. If continued use, her lungs could fill up with water and eventually cause her to drown/choke to death.

Blood Bending:

If overused (which doesn't ever happen due to she rarely ever uses this technique), she will start coughing up blood and eventually start bleeding internally and then externally. This technique is deadly and dangerous it could end her life if overused.

Fire:
If overused, she will get burns. The degree can vary depending on how long she overused it and the heat of the flame. If too hot/overused, the more serve burns she will get and it could kill her. 

Earth: 
If she stomps to form rock/earth material, it can weaken the tendons and eventually can cause a broken arm, leg, etc. depending on what part of her body she is using.
General like moving some things around like mountains, cliffs, or mud, it tends to only be shaking hands and she'll feel like she has sand in her mouth. She'll lose focus due to that. She will also start sneezing and have allergy-like symptoms like a runny nose, etc. 

Wind:
If overused, she gets light headed and will pass out. If prevented from passing out, she can eventually choke to death.

Extra Gear: She always has some first aid supplies, mainly wrist braces due injuries that can sometimes occur.

She does have fingerless compression combat gloves to help minimize any shaking and help injury, but she always prepared. She does carry an emergency containers of water which are small and compatble.

Backstory: She grew up with her brother Izuku. She didn't get bullied that much since she tended to be the kid who plays in the dirt and gets in all sorts of chops and trouble in her early years. She was the child wild, before she got put on adderall which toned her down. She sometimes stuck up for Izuku, but when she didn't't she usually got distracted by some sort of object in nature, or even her mastication with water, rocks, bugs, and birds.

How she discovered her quirk: Well funny thing, when was about 4 years old, she was pouring cereal before she dropped the carton of milk, panicked then the milk started to float. She freaked out even more, Izuku screamed with her. She ran away from the milk, it followed her. She freaked out even more, before her mother Inko, was able to have the milk drop. That's how her found out one part of quirk.

For the fire side of her quirk, one day when Bakugo was bullying Izuku. She saw it and started to tell Bakugo off before he then made her angry by pointing out something about her appearance, she got angry and started to have sparks, which they bickered back and forth before she went full flameo mode.

That's how she discovered that. She got only 1st degree burns since Izuku freaked out and poured water on her after she started to freak out.

Likes: Cats, Nature, hiking, video games, cooking, baking, doodling, learning random topics, learning about any sort of style of physical combat, tea, coffee

Dislikes: Mineta, people who disrespect her boundaries, insulting her friends, etc, extremely loud noises, messes, certain strong smells can bother her, she hates daisies for some odd reason

Hobbies: Hiking, trying new coffee shops, cats: she finds a lot of cats for some reason, playing video games, learning new fighting styles, learning new random fun facts, she's goes through phases of certain hobbies like painting and eventually becomes disinterested in them.

Friends: Shoto Todoroki, Denki Kaminari, Mina Ashido, Kyoka Jiro, Ochaco Uraraka, a lot of the UA Girls, Izuku (besties with her brother)

Enemies: Mineta (but yeah you gotta understand), League of Villains, any of the Villains, Endeavor (she got beef with him)

Reason she wants to be a hero:

She wants to be someone that others can look up to. She wants to be able to change the world and support others along with helping villains get the help they need if they need it. She's more about reform. She wants to be a hero to help others on their darkest days and possibly brighten them.

Extra Info: Her strong suit is physical combat and she tends to mainly use the water side of her quirk. She is unpredictable, by that she tends to go out of the box/ will something you don't expect. A simple example is that, a normal person would read a book all the way through, she would read 5 pages, then just skip the end and find a shortcut.

She does have ADHD so she tends to forget and zone out, along with hyper fixate on some certain areas sometimes.

At the beginning of her time at UA, she doesn't have control over the fire, earth/rock, wind sides of her power. Her strong suit is water which is why she's strong at it.

She can be chill at times and does get to know Shoto very well, which yes they are opposites, but he brings out the calmness side in her, which they become besties due her interacting with a lot. He basically is the one who reminds her of certain things if she forgets.

She is protective over Izuku, along Izuku being protective over her, which when Izuku found out Shoto and her were together, oh yeah.. it was interesting, no one was hurt, but there anger, then acceptance, then it was fine. (That's eventually)

She does work at a local cat cafe in the area due to her love of cats.

She is the older twin by only two minutes.
