Backstory: Sara used to live in the Johto region in Violet City until the age of 6, she used to always play with the Pokemon in route 32. One day she found a injured Mareep and took it to the Pokemon centre, after the Pokemon recovered Sara had to sadly let the Pokemon go since she was too young to have her own Pokemon. She wrapped an scarf around its neck as a way for the Pokemon to remember her. The Pokemon after that day always used to play with her and on the day she had to leave to Alola because of her fathers work she went to find the Pokemon who sadly she couldn't find. When she was about to leave Violet City the Pokemon who seemed to know what was happening ran towards them and refused to leave. Her father then caught the Pokemon for Sara and she came to Alola with them, they have been close friends ever since. When she arrived in Alola, Sara went to explore where she got lost, she was then found by young Hau who took her to his house where his grandfather helped Sara find her way home, since that day she has always played with the boy and they quickly became close.
