Background: Mira's early life wasn't the best but it was peaceful. Her father was the deputy directors on the Good Morning Japan show. Sadly one day, when she was 10, after a huge mistake he was demoted and became a presenter. Hating he was demoted he would always come home drunk, the father was a violent drunk, so to get his anger and frustration out he would abuse Mira and her mother.

When the father had a good day he would take Mira to work, this is where she met Goro Akechi. She treated him how she wanted to be treated, which was kindly and respected. They were close friends until Akechi distanced himself enough where she wouldn't be a potential target. Mira had lost one of the people who were nice to her, this made her become closed off to protect herself.

The father had gotten addicted to gambling to help him cope with his life and was good at it, which got the attention of Kaneshiro. The father would borrow money from Kaneshiro for a favour, it was small favours until they started to get too big to handle. Quickly the father was in a huge dept with Kaneshiro and couldn't pay it back. When Mira's mother found out she collapsed from the stress, she was sent to a mental hospital and when she was released she was taken to her parents house, which was actually close by to Akira/Ren's house. She couldn't take Mira with her. Losing his wife made the father go insane, he kept a front up for the media and the abuse and gambling got worse.

Mira at age 14 was offered to Kaneshiro, the agreement was that on Mira's 17th birthday she would be sold to him and the dept would be wiped clean. Kaneshiro agreed and since that day Mira had to go to Kaneshiro everyday after school and do whatever the man wanted, then go home to the abused of her father. She lost all of her freedom and her faith in humanity.

• Hates adults. There are only a very small amount of adults she trusts. One being Sojiro who feeds her on bad days.

• Hates coffee, she only drinks Akira/Ren's coffee after one day he put whipped cream on it. He tricked her into thinking it was hot chocolate. She never trusted his coffee after that day.

• After Mira was saved by the Phantom Thieves she started to work at the flower shop.

• The Yukata she wore to the fireworks was originally her mothers.

• Knows martial arts and self defence, she started learning when she was 6, but was too afraid to use it against Kaneshiro and her father.

• Hates therapy, she refused to go to it, she finds it stupid since the people are paid to care and they truly don't. Akira/Ren had told her to try Dr Maruki, she didnt seem to like the idea but soon agreed after he said he would be with her for support. Also for the cookies.

• Mira can't be found on Tuesday and Thursday that's when she is working.

• You can find Mira close to the Shibuya book shop, this is where you can hang out with her.

• Before Mira met the phantom thieves (this was before they saw her in the palace) she had left an anonymous comment talking about Kaneshiro without giving herself away. It was one of the comments that made the phantom thieves target Kaneshiro in the first place. When she became one of them she had told Akira/Ren that she also commented on the site and she was grateful that they helped her.

• The Phantom Thieves first found out about Mira's situation when they saw her in slave clothes running away after noticing Makoto Niijima's persona manifest and beating the shadows. Everyone had noticed her and Ryuji mentioned that he had seen her and she was in his class and told them her name. When they went back to the real world the protagonist and Ryuji went over to her and started to talk to her. Ryuji asked her a question about Junya Kaneshiro and she tensed up, before the boys could ask her anything she had already ran. After that day the protagonist kept talking to her and after a run in with her when she was talking to her father, at the train station, about Junya Kaneshiro she told him everything about her father and Junya Kaneshiro. After that he promised he would save her.

• After Makoto joined the Phantom Thieves Mira accidentally stumbled into Junya Kaneshiro palace after she saw Akira/Ren in Shibuya. She was planning to return the book he let her borrow. She was captured by the shadows and was taken to shadow Junya Kaneshiro. The phantom thieves managed to save her but shadow Junya Kaneshiro's threatened her and she was too scared to move. Thanks to the protagonists words and him arguing with shadow Junya Kaneshiro about Mira she was able to believe that she didn't have to be scared since she had them and summoned her persona. Mira after that started to fall in love with Akira/Ren because he was the first to actually say he wanted to protect and save her. He also changed her fathers heart later on in the game because he kept abusing her and threatened to make her homeless.

• After the main story and the protagonist goes home Mira also goes with him and starts to live with her mother and grandparents.

In the Royal 'happy ending' Mira and Akechi's relationship are like brother and sister since he wouldn't be obsessed with her. They both with the protagonist always spend time together whenever they get the chance. Akechi even taught Mira how to play chess where in the true ending the protagonist was the one that taught her.

• At Christmas Mira gives Akira/Ren a Lock&Key Couple Bracelet and Necklace set. She says while blushing that he was the key to her heart, she immediately gets flustered since Akira/Ren chuckles at how cute she was acting, which is unlike her. He apologises and gently pulls her into a hug and kisses her forehead.

Endings to Mira's story:

• If the Phantom Thieves didn't change Junya Kaneshiro's heart. Mira is sold to Kaneshiro permanently and the fathers dept was wiped clean. She would then die an early death because of all of the hard work she was forced to do without sleep or food. - Bad End 1

• If the Phantom Thieves didn't change Mira's fathers heart before Sae's palace, Mira won't turn up to the meeting place. She was on the way but was cornered by her father and was badly beaten, she died from her injuries. - Bad End 2

• During Masayoshi Shido's palace when Akechi tried to kill the Phantom Thieves he grabbed Mira and called her his precious. He was deeply in love with her not caring that she was in a relationship with the protagonist. She was kind to him on her own accord in the past when no one else was. He didn't fight her, he kept her hostage and when he shot the button and the shutter separated him and the thieves Mira was still on Akechi's side. Akechi thought she had went back to the other side, so when he saw her he panicked. He managed to get Mira to safely but with the cost of losing his own life to the shadows. The phantom thieves thought Mira was deceased but at around 10pm an exhausted and injured Mira appeared at Cafe Leblanc and was found by Morgana who called the protagonist to come down the stairs. - Good

• During Masayoshi Shido's palace when Akechi tried to kill the Phantom Thieves he grabbed Mira and called her his precious. He was deeply in love with her not caring that she was in a relationship with the protagonist. He didn't fight her, he kept her hostage and when he shot the button and the shutter separated him and the thieves Mira was still on Akechi's side. If Akechi didn't love Mira enough to protect her, this would happen if the protagonist did something bad to Akechi, he would use her as a human shield and they would both die to the hands of the shadows. - Bad

• In Royal's true ending Mira went with the protagonist on the train back to his hometown where she will now be living with her mother and grandparents.
• In the ending where everyone lives happily Mira's family lives together happily in Tokyo. Mira is a happy girl who fell in love with the protagonist after he saved her from Kaneshiro who had manipulated her father. The father paid Kaneshiro a lot of money, which was his works money. Kaneshiro then took Mira as leverage for them to pay him back but before her parents managed to get the 3 million yen Kaneshiro called her father and said that he could have Mira back and to forget about the money when he had a change of heart. If the whole main plot of the game was changed Mira fell in love with protagonist after he saved her from getting sexually abused by some drunk men in the street.
• In the bad ending where the protagonist is depressed and doesn't get out of bed, Mira feels useless that she couldn't do anything to help him. She was about to give up but Maruki changed everything before she had the chance to.
