You and the girls sit with Marissa as she explains why the monster attacked.

Ashley: So the Ancient Seven are truly after you...

Y/N: Why? What makes me so special?

Marissa: The fact you can have multiple contracts for one. Most mortals can only handle one. Other than that, I have no idea.

You are all suddenly pulled out of your world and appear in a massive coliseum. You see a giant draconic knight demon with six others.

Ashley: The Ancient Seven...

Wrath: Greetings, all. We invite you here to put Y/N L/N through seven deadly trials. First, all non-competitors go to the stands to watch. You are not allowed to interfere.

He snaps his fingers and Chelsea and the others are warped to the stands.

Wrath: Your first opponent will be Sloth!

A giant bear-like demon floats up. Its eyes are closed and it's snoring.

Y/N: Um...

Wrath: Begin!

Sloth yawns and the force of it alone slams you into a wall.

Y/N: What the hell was that?!

He yawns again and you dodge this time. You turn Fenrir into a Gatling Gun and open fire. The bullets do little to nothing to him. The demon raises his arm and you feel gravity around you increase greatly.

Chelsea: Y/N!

She goes to stand up but Marie stops her.

Marie: Remember what Wrath said. We can't interfere. You know Y/N. He can find a way around this.

Wrath's Thoughts: The boy is strong if he's able to survive one of Sloth's attacks.

Y/N: Fenrir... I got an idea.

Fenrir: Whatever it is, let's hope it works.

Both: Blood Rage!

You manage to break free from the intense gravity field Sloth put around you. You dash down in front of the demon and slice upwards. However...

Sloth: You woke me up... NOW YOU DIE!

The bear demon opens his eyes and his body bulks up to the point he is almost unrecognizable.

Lust: This fight's over know... Too bad.

Sloth grabs you and tosses you back. You begin to shoot him again but the bullets only make him angrier.

Greed: None have survived a battle with Sloth in his Awakened Form.

You breathe heavily as blood drips down your forehead.

Sloth: DIE!!!

He charges and creates a cloud of smoke. When the smoke clears...

Wrath: You were a fool, Sloth...

The demon barely missed you with Fenrir buried hilt deep into his chest. He growls a bit before fading into white energy which is then absorbed into the crystal behind Wrath.

Wrath: Well done. You passed your first trial but the next will not be as easy.

Lust slithers down and gives you a sultry smile.

Lust: I hope you entertain me, cutie~

Wrath: I shall now heal your wounds.

He raises his hand and you are covered in a red aura as your body heals.

Wrath: Begin!
