2020 is ending

Finally

2020 has not been a good year for me, mentally anyway

However, it's done many good things to my art

And so, here's a recap of my art throughout 2020

First, January:

I posted this in February but I actually finished it late January
I can't believe I didn't have procreate at the beginning of the year, I feel like I've had it for longer ngl
Anyways, I've definitely improved a lot since drawing this
Ive been wanting to get back into traditional lately ngl

Next, February:

Byleth head huge
I still have that problem, where I draw heads too big
Gotta work one that
Also I might redraw this it's cute

March:

I never got good with markers
Too hard
The drawing itself is good tho

April:

And so the procreate saga begins
Ngl this still looks pretty good for my first big drawing
Lighting's okay but the sun in the back looks too yellow imo

May:

The feh alts begin
Anatomy is yikes in this one
Left arm too long

June:

Honestly I still think this is the hottest sheik I've ever drawn
It's something about the expression and the fit that makes him look immaculate

July:

I don't like this
The eyes are so scary, I forgot to shade Samus ponytail, the shading was done with an airbrush and it looks okay on the skin every where else is just yikes
The version with the guys was okay tho

August:

What a big ass jump from the last one lmao
Robin looks hot that's all I gotta say about the second piece, but both of these took me like 20 hrs combined and I'm still hella proud of them

September:

Again, kuroo head too big but otherwise they look good

October:

Honestly I still think this is one of the best pieces I've drawn

You can't see his nose and I feel like his eyes pop out too much otherwise I still think it's pretty decent

Alright, since it's the last month of the year, imma include my favorites from the month so here we go!

December:

Yuri's just pretty period and his hair is my favorite thing to draw and color

Again, his hair is immaculate and I also just really like how this looks

Everyone hates him but I don't, also the shading here is immaculate I love it

I really like the shading in this one and yuri looks ethereal as always

I finished legendary Zelda just gotta do broken armor
Anyway her fit is amazing I love it and will be using it in the future

I am proud of all my progress tho so it's not too bad I guess
