"Hello son. What brings you home?"

"This is not my home."

"Sure it is! You were born and partly raised here. Come on son. Don't deny it."

"I'M NOT YOUR SON! YOU AREN'T MY FATHER!!!" I go to charge at him but Aphmau holds me back. "LET ME GO NOW!!!"

"Laurence! This won't do ANYTHING! Lets just talk, okay?"

"FINE! I won't make any promises. So are a--"

"A Shadow Knight? Yes. Apparently you are too, and BORN one. How is everyone on the surface?"

"They all hate me. Especially Aaron. All because I didn't tell everyone I was stupid Shadow Knight. People are scared of me so now there's two Shadow Knights to be afraid of. Yay!" I say in a sarcastic tone. She looks upset.
"What's wrong?"

"What if Aaron is scared of me? What if he hates who I've become?"

"Look, Aphmau, I would love to stay and chat but I have other Shadow Knights to train. Good bye...Laurence." He gives me and evil glance. Why did I have to be his son. Of ALL people in this world, why him? Why a Shadow Knight? I pull Aph to the side and look around.

"We can get out of here. There's a Nether Portal a little ways from here." I whisper.

"I can't. Everyone will hate me."

"No they won't. They'll all hate me but they'll all be relieved to see you. Trust me. You're all they've worried about."

"*ugh*Fiiiiine. Let's go, and quick. Let me grab my sword and we'll leave." So she grabs her sword, I draw my sword, and we leave. Luckily no one spotted us.

"LUCINDA!!! CLOSE THE PORTAL!!!!" I help Aph up as Lucinda breaks the portal. As soon as Aphmau gets up she runs to Lucinda and gives her a hug.

"Lucinda!!! Thank you for helping Laurence to get me out. Where's Aaron?"

"He's at your guys' house. Are you a Shadow Knight?"

"I'll explain all later. Text everyone to meet me at mine and Aaron's house, okay?"

"Okay. It's good to have you back Aphmau." They hug one last time and then we head to her house. I hope everything changes.
