2 Intervention

The morning sun blocked by the many walls of the stone mansion with few windows built in makes the rooms dark. Kaemon laying on the polished wood floor in one of the many bedrooms wakes up clueless. He probably only remembered the time before he blacked out last night.
" Hello? Anybody here?" he asked in a tired tone.
Nobody answered his call. Eventually his legs gave him a little lift off the floor and opened the bedrooms door into the dark living room. No one was in the mansion it seemed. Quickly as he can reached the front door and leaves the houses premises and drove home immediately. As he arrived in the driveway nothing seemed odd until he got into his tiny house and the only item missing was his blue agate necklace that's usually sits on the bottom floor window sill. His instinct or gift of fear to leave last night was accurate. He looked in the mirror for any signs of body trauma and no signs were found. As he inspected his clothes for any clues he found what looks like to be words saying" My name is tequlia which looks like either blood or a liquid substance stained on his light sand brown T shirt.

" The last thing I need right now is an unknown mystery to solve with what happened after I blacked out last night." he said while laying in his upstairs bedroom.

Kaemon after sleeping some more on his bed a knock at the door awakened him.

" Hello? This is Helen."

How would Helen know where he lives since he never said any word to her of where he resided.

" Oh, hold on and let me get the front door Helen." he said in a quick response.

Kaemon opens the door to see Helen with her mint green blouse and dark blue jeans. He wore a casual mustard shirt tucked under baby blue jeans with neon colored nikes running shoes.

" Why did you come here? And how did you find out where I live?" He asks wanting a serious answer.

" Kaemon I can explain."

" Alright come in. First off do you know where my blue agate necklace went?"

" I came by just to bring it back to you." she said with sincerity

"Oh, then thanks, but what did you do with it?" he asks

A pregnant pause for a few seconds between Kaemon and Helen becomes quite awkward.

" Well when I saw it outside your home while you at the mansion so I didn't want anyone to steal it so I got it and kept it with me ." she said in a confident voice.

" I usually put it on the window sill, but I may be wrong before I left last night."

" Can you tell me anything else that Alysa may have told you what happened after I blacked out last night?" him asking in a questionable tone.
"I have no idea and haven't talked to Alysa since I left yesterday evening."
" Ok then I don't want to keep you up if you need to complete a task Helen."
"Thanks for reminding me that I do need to purchase materials for my next project." Helen answering and walking out the front door towards her Chevy truck.
" Helen seems normal and doesn't look like she's lying in anyway." Kaemon says when closing the wooden door.

The morning dew on the beige porch with a warm summer temperature rising as the sunrise is taking place is a must to observe. Alysabeth today is going to her church for support of her mom and dad. After getting up and preparing for Sunday church isn't nice because she loves to sleep in everyday. She worked only two days a week as an art assistant for a professional well known painter who lives in the area of neighbor town of Grass Valley. The drive to her church is farther than her job so a longer drive taking twenty five minutes instead of 10 minutes to her work site. As she drove up to the huge church sitting on the flat outer skirts of town with many cars taking up the whole parking lot. She almost knows everyone like they're family. Helen goes to church too so she has a comrade to pray with during the hour. Helen ironically parked a few cars down and waves to Alysa. As Helen walks towards Alysabeth a face of expressionless showed on Alysa.
" Are you alright girl?" Helen asked in worry
" I'm just fine Hel, just a bit hungover from last nights drinking."
" Alright Alysa." Helen casually said.
" Lets talk after church if that's fine with you Helen."
" Cool then lets get to the door before service begins." Helen said
Both girls get to the rows of seats and Alysa's parents are in the front row no matter what. Her parents are devoted Christians who really won't listen to any religion what so ever in their old minds.
" Hi mom and dad." Alysa kindly said.
" How are you sweetie? Was it fun at your friend's house last night?" Mom asked with a sweet tone.
" My night was great mom." Alysa happily said.
" Good Alysabeth. I am glad you had a good time." Mom said.
Church service began shortly and Alysa noticed Drake in the mid back row eyeing her.
Alysa's thought," Why would Drake come to service? Is he wanting to speak with me or what? He's not Christian."
After service ended Alysa looked back again and Drake was gone.
" Helen, did you notice or see Drake leave the building?" Alysa whispered.
" I didn't even know he was in the building. This is the first time I heard Drake go to church." Helen whispers back.
" Oh, then I won't bother you again about it Helen."
Alysa said bye to Helen and starts her car and a man comes up to the car knocking on the window.
" Hey Alysabeth its Conner."
Alysabeth was in complete shock with a pause. She wasn't expecting to have a chat with Conner anytime soon.
"Well Alysa, I just wanted to say hi and check in with you." Conner said politely.
"Conner why did you have to freak me out without me even seeing you come up behind the car. Not cool man." Alysa said with frustration.
" Easy Alysa, calm down. You don't have to be a complete bitch to my face."
" Ok sorry to freak on you. I just don't like friends coming up to say hi from a blind spot. I'm doing good if you wanted to know."
" Cool. I just wondered if you talked to Kaemon yet because Laken told me he doesn't want Kaemon to know what happened last night for security reasons of the club." Conner sternly said.
"Do you believe we should tell Kaemon the truth than not even bothering to tell him. I just feel like its important Conner."
" Ask Laken not me. He is the leader so I would get permission from him first. I doubt you would want your parents to know about the club since they're very religious and would be devastated if anyone one of us told them." Conner threatened.
" How about back off about my parents and secondly I know your trying to threaten me with your shit. I really hate hearing uneccessary words from your dirty mouth." Alysa said in anger.
"Ok girl" Conner chuckled in humor.
" Bye Conner and don't you dare be visiting my house." She venomously said.
" Why does Laken just tell me rather than piece of shit Conner to relay the message." Alysa ranting in rage while driving home.

Alysabeth's driveway was filled with a couple cars parked near the houses entrance. Its her parents and younger brothers cars. She grew up in a safe house hold with little to few incidents until starting in her mid teen years. As she got out of the car her mother walks up in a fast pace hugging her.
" Hey honey, we just wanted to check in with you and have a family chat if your ok with that." Mom sweetly said. She agreed and opened the front door of her own home to be surprised with unexpected family.

" What is going on here. Why is Jared here?"
" Well Alysa he's here to support you." Mom said.
" Lets then chat mom." Alysa said clenching her jaw.
Alysa knew better to keep her mouth clean of dirty words or negative remarks to any of her family. The last psychological chat with her parents was a few years back and went horrible for her. This time since she knew the game playing with no mistakes exposing anything that would disturb emotional waters to anyone.
Everyone one of her present family members sat on the couch except for herself because she loved her blue loveseat for comfort.
" We heard from Helen that you may need rehab with alcohol so this is an intervention for you and brought over a intervention specialist to help with the process" Mom cheerfully said.
" Mom you think I need an alcohol intervention right now. Also did Helen say it to you so then everyone in the family knows I need help."
Alysa sat on the love seat thinking" I never told Helen I needed help with alcohol what so ever. This is the last issue I need from my family."
"Sweetie for you to get help and support is great, but please understand we're not pursuading you in anyway. Just know that." Mom reassured.
An intervention is a different from just a family chat in Alysa's view.
"I can't believe you think your not pushing, but you are and I am done with you all as a whole family."
" Sis, what is your problem. Are you possessed by a demon?" Jared asked in concern.
"Brother I am not possessed and the look on your face right now in complete surprise should tell you a lot of how I'm feeling right now about all of you." Alysa humorously remarked.
" Dad, mom; Alysa should have an exorcism." Jared playfully said.
"Jared don't say that directly to your sister." Dad bluntly said.
"Oh my god, all of you are first insane about what you think of me and second you know I go to church and be a Christian because I want to support you." Alysa snapped back.

"I'm leaving this whole situation because I know better not to say mean words in front of you and don't want you guys to see me as the crazy anti-christ in the family." Alysa sharply said while walking out of her own house.

Alysa being now in the car driving off with absolute anger mainly towards Helen because of her talking to her mom about the fake issue with drinking is going to be a big back lash to Helen's face.
Alysa drove up to Helen's place almost hitting one of her ceramic pot in the concrete part.
Helen was outside in her vegetable garden tending to her plants in the front area of the yard.
" What the fuck Helen!" Alysa says with a loud angry voice.
Alysa instantly grabbed Helen by the collar of the shirt.
" Why did you tell my parents about me supposedly having a drinking problem? Don't you think I will take shit or lies from your mouth." Alysa venomously said.
" I...I don't want any conflict with you, so I told them because you were jealous of my sculptures."
" I will ask again" Alysa spat back.

" Why would you say something way to sensitive knowing my parents would make a big deal out of it?"
" Ok, I will tell you Kaemon threatened me to ask you what happened after he passed out on the stool that night. I knew you wouldn't tell me unless something tragic happened to you then you would tell me"
" Wow you really thought If I had something terrible happened to me then I would tell you anything like what happened to Kaemon the night he passed out. Nice try Helen but now you made it worse for mostly you to solve your little problem with Kaemon's demand and threat to know what happened to him." Alysa angrily said.
Alysa released Helens collar and in a fast pace turned to go to her car.
As Alysa left the driveway she pulled out of the cup holder a silver chain with pebble sized stones stained in an unknown liquid and hanged it on the drivers mirror.
