Barry POV. 

"Well as far as I know, he's at his original Earth, and I think he's in Lima, Ohio, and he's still there." Cisco tells me. 
"Great, thanks." I pat Cisco on the back, he deserves more praise. 
"Wait... Barry. Do you think something could have happened to him? Because he wouldn't just leave Caitlin, not after-"
"You and I both know who Sebastian was when we first met him, he's still that same person."
"Barry-"
"I have to go, but we'll continue when I get back."
"Bye, Honey!!!" He smiles. 

"So for all I know, this was an explosion."
"There were no flames or marks-" Joe says.
"I'm betting he or she an make something explode and then take it back."
"All right, so this is definitely a Meta?"
"Yep."

I feel my phone, and I pick up. "Hello? Cisco?"

"Barry meta-human alert!"
"On it." 

"Hey... You!" I yell when I see the meta. "Stop." She smiles. Then she throws a stick at me, and I easily catch it. "Sticks don't hurt me!" 
"Think again, Flash!" The stick starts to glow, I'm lucky I have fast reflexes, because it immediately explodes. 
When I turn around to catch her, she's gone. 

"What?!"

"Cisco, what was that?" 

"I have no clue." 
"Who is she?" 

"Her name is... Rose Walters, she's 29 years old and she was here during the Partical Accelerator Explosion. Everyone thought she was dead, until she came back 3 months ago."
"Wow... That's rough."
"But when she came back, she found out her parents died in a car crash and her sister moved to England."
"Even worse. Okay so she's just a lonely person."
"I guess." 

"Barry..." I turn around, I see Caitlin. 
"Cait?"
"Something terrible happened."
