Bio: A person whose grandparents were immigrants from Japan, Seto grew up in Los Angeles. Growing up, he is what you would consider an anime Otaku. Specifically, one who enjoys Mecha Anime. When he became an adult, he enlisted into the military in order to help pay his tuition. However, he soon found out he was really good serving in the military and thus he made a career into. It was here he was forced to prove himself during the Second American Civil War and the military interventions done in America's neighboring countries. However, he soon made a profound impact during WW3 which would lead to the creation of the Mecha Corps. When the ADA created the Mecha Frames, he was excited to see actually functioning mechs become real life and became one of the main tests pilots to see what these new war machines can do. When America and Canada intervened, he felt relief wash over him, despite his country's history with the former USA. When Dr. Halsey proposed and made the Guardian Program, he was made the head General of a new military branch called the Guardian Corps.

She is responsible for briefing JSF commanders about the tactical layout of the battlefield and what off map supports can be called in by each faction about to fight a battle.

Bio: The current leader of the Office of National Intelligence or ONI for short, she's not the kind of woman who you would call 'family friendly'. A former member of the American CIA, she was of the highest-ranking member before the creation of the UAC and then ONI. Given her track record and how good she was at her job, she chosen to be the head leader of this new intelligence agency. In terms of personality, she's well known for being for being intelligent and calculative while at the same time known for being both cold and ruthless when doing her job. These traits make her a dangerous individual and one who isn't meant to be trifled with. It's evident by the fact she isn't afraid to get her hands dirty such as conducting assassinations and brutal murders on individuals who are deemed a threat to national security. Still, despite her rather 'questionable' actions, she still does hold a moral code of sorts. Still, that doesn't excuse her actions due to the fact that some of them are considered 'illegal' in nature. It was due to this kind of attitude that both she and President Yolanda Renee King didn't exactly get along too well. However, despite their obvious difference and sometimes butt heads against each other, both were loyal to the same cause which is the UAC, and they were both willing to back each other up when the need arises. Yes, Serin isn't one you would call a friend but she's certainly one you don't want to make as an enemy.

Bio: Andrei Smirnov was just 10 years old when he watched his mother get gunned down and killed at the Moscow Airport Massacre, presumably done so by the Americans. This had enraged and agonized him greatly to the point where he held a bitter hatred against the people of America and their allies. However, when it was revealed that the ones truly responsible for the massacre at the airport were Vladimir Putin and his Ultranationalists, he felt his whole world crumble before him, horrified to know that it was his own people who murdered his mother and he had wrongfully hated the very people who never committed this heinous crime to begin with. It got worse when his father was one of the main military Generals who led the coup against the Russian Government, only for him to be on the list of casualties which left him an orphan. Although he was taken in and raised by his aunts and uncles, Andrei felt lost and without purpose but soon that changed with the formation of the UAC. Remembering the ideals instilled into him by his parents and feeling the need to redeem himself for falsely hating the wrong people, he would move to the UAC and enlist into the JSF Foreign Legionary. His time in the Foreign Legionary had allowed him to rise through the ranks and allow him to become an elite mech pilot. Despite being an immigrant, Andrei was able to gain the trust and respect of his fellow soldiers. The me pilots is a customized XFA-27a Scarface TSF and is currently the rank of 1st Lieutenant. Now a loyal soldier to the UAC, Andrei seeks to have his actions be used to help mend ties between the former countries of America and Russia, showing they can achieve great things by working together. It was here that Andrei understood what it meant to be a true soldier and that sacrifices are part of their duty. Andrei tries to live up to the ideals of his parents by doing a soldier's duty: protecting the citizens.

However, his religious faith was tested when WW3 came, and he was forced to witness his home country being invaded. When WW3 ended and the UAC was created, Derek was filled with a sense of duty when he decided to enlist into the JSF as a medic. Derek isn't the kind of person who enjoys killing and he detests violence. However, he was a realist and understood the necessity that sometimes lives must be taken in order to preserve the lives of others.
