I was woken up, wait, woken up? isn't it waken? woken, waken? Whatever, I woke up to the sound of my alarm going off.

I set my alarm? I thought and looked around Where am I? then I remember. Team crafted. House. James. Crying. The scare prank last night. Wait, not last night. This morning!

I grabbed my phone and looked at the clock.

1:30?!? What?! I quickly hopped out of bed and ran to the closet. I quickly pulled out my enderman shirt, jeans, and black hoodie while making sure I didn't forget my metallic boots and olive grey purse. They were my favorite. I threw my Phone, some cash and note book in my purse before I rushed down the steps only to find myself alone.

Where the heck is everyone? I thought looking around. The whole house was quiet and it was really creepy. I silently crept through the halls even though I knew no one was there. What? I'm paranoid. I checked out back but no one was there either. Shrugging I walked to the kitchen and pulled out a piece of paper from my journal in my handbag to write a quick note.

Gone to the mall, be back soon

I left the note on the counter and pulled out my Phone to look up directions. I smiled, I wasn't even five miles away. I walked out the door and started on my way to the mall. The whole time I felt like I was being watched though and kept looking over my shoulder. No one. It made me even more paranoid and I walked quicker. It didn't take long until I was at the mall. I walked around a bit, still feeling watched when finally I just sat down at one of the tables in the food court and texted Kye

'Hey, where are you? I'm at the mall' -me

'Near the food court next to the sunglasses stand' -Kye

'K, should I find you or you me? ;)' -me

'I'll try and find you' -Kye

I set my phone down and looked around. No one coming towards me besides a man in a trench coat and fedora looking like a bad guy from a movie. I got a glimpse of his face and almost laughed. A devious grin fell on my face and I stood up and started walking confidently towards him.

"Why you hiding Mitch?" I asked pulling his hat off.

"No! Give it back or the fan girls will find me!" He said grabbing for his hat. I laughed and stuck it back on his head.

"We're were you guys? I woke up and found the house empty" I asked looking at him. He smiled and wiggled his eyebrows.

"That you'll have to find out when you get back home but right now aren't you waiting for a friend?" He asked. I started looking around. Still didn't see her, although, I don't know what she looked like besides what was on her profile. Just then a girl walked by and walked up to another girl beside us.

"Are you Mineral?" She asked. I stared in surprise. She had the same black hair and dark skin. The girl looked at her weird before walking off. I went up behind her.

"Kye?" I asked. She turned around and looked at me. She looked me up and down as if trying to figure out if I was good or not. She apparently thought I was good because she stood up straight and looked me in the eyes smiling.

"Yea?" She asked looking at me. I smiled back and held my arms out to my side in a shrug.

"I thought you were looking for?" I said smiling. Her face lit up

"Mineral?" She asked. I nodded and she launched herself at me in a hug. I laughed and hugged her back before stepping out.

"It's so cool to finally meet you!" She said smiling even more. I was smiling so big I thought my face was going to break.

"Same to you! It's great to finally see you irl!" I said "So, what do you want to do now?" She thought for a bit.

"How about we go to Hot Topic? I saw some really cool shirts in there earlier" She said

"Sure" I said following her through the mall. a quick look behind me told me Mitch was trailing us and I smiled. He was just far enough away. Once we got to hot topic I pulled Kye into the Minecraft part.

"What?" she asked as I peered out between the racks.

"Mitch's following us" I said

"You mean Mitch, as in TheBajanCanadian Mitch?" She asked. I looked over at her and smiled

"Yep" I said nodding my head. She let out a small squeal and started going into fangirl mode before I clamped a hand over her mouth.

"Calm down! We don't want him to find us" I said smiling. Kye looked at me confused

"How would you like to see him mobbed by fangirls?" I asked. Kye nodded her head and I took my hand off her mouth.

"Ok, I'll need you to go up to him and take his hat off" I said. Kye looked at me like I was crazy

"Really? What else do you want me to do? Jump out of a plan?" She asked. I smiled at her.

"No, that's too risky" I said "You just have to run by and grab it off his head. that's it" I said "Or should I just yell 'look! its the Bajan Canadian!' and see what happens? That would be great except he's in disguise" She looked at me confused.

"Over there in the trench coat and the fedora" I said pointing over the rack. She looked and nodded.

"I see, all I have to do is take his hat off?" She asked. I nodded

"I'll run by with you if you want and take the hat" I offered. She nodded.

"Great, then we'll need disguises too" I said and looked around.

Luckily we were near the hats and hoodie part so it was easy for us to find some. I got a Creeper cap and Kye picked out a really cool black hat with ender eyes on it. We payed and quickly put them on. I checked to see if Mitch was looking. He wasn't, it actually looked like we had lost him. Perfect. I smiled and looked at Kye. She was trying not to fangirl again.

"Ready to let the fangirl out?" I asked smiling. She nodded looking exited.

"Good" I smiled bigger and rushed forward with Kye right behind. I ran past Mitch through the crowd and grabbed his hat before running off.

"Hey!" I heard him shout then Kye scream in excitement.

"OMGOMgOMG!" She said. I looked back and she was hopping up and down looking at him. He had a look of terror on his face and it was all I could do not to laugh.

"You're the Baja-" He cut her off.

"Please don't!" He held his hands up "I beg you, don't!" I laughed and walked back over. I plopped the hat back on his head and laughed as he jumped about five feet in the air. He whipped around and looked at me scared before looking angry.

"Not cool dude" He said and straitened the fedora. I only laughed and walked over by Kye.

"Mitch, meet my friend Kye" I said "Kye, Mitch"  Kye had calmed down a bit and held out her hand.

"Nice to meet you" She said "I'm a huge fan" Mitch smiled and shook her hand.

"Nice to meet you to" He said "So how do you know Helen?" He asked. Kye looked at him confused.

"Helen?" She asked then turned to me. "I thought your name was M-" I clamped my hand over her mouth.

"We met on a really cool sight called wattpad" I said quickly "Its a place people can go to write stories and we instantly became friends"  I took my hand off and she looked at me weird. Mitch nodded and turned away.

"We should probably get back, the guys should be done with the surprise by now" he said before walking off.

"Can Kye come?" I asked. He looked back and nodded.

"Sure, why not? Just make sure its ok with her parents" He said. I smiled and turned back to Kye who was smiling too

"I get to meet team crafted?" She asked "Sweet!" we started walking back through the mall until we got to the food court. Kye called her parents and they said it was ok so we started walking again. Once we were outside I lead the way back the way I thought the house was, it was my first time out. Mitch had disappeared somewhere and we were left basically on our own as we walked back.

"What was that all about?" Kye asked after a while of us just walking in silence.

"What was what all about?" I asked looking back at her

"When you put your hand over my mouth, what was that about?" She asked.

"Ah, well I haven't told them about my Minecraft account yet so me, Nicole and Olivia were trolling them the other night using my account. It was pretty funny" I said then thought "It should be in the next video but they seemed really mad about it also so I've been trying to lay low" Kye nodded her head.

"But this morning some of them found out" I went on "Mitch was not one of them though so I want to try and keep it a secret from him too"

"Ok, I'll just call you kitty then whenever I'm around" Kye said. I laughed as we rounded the corner and the house came into sight.

"Sure, I'm cool with that" I said as I noticed all the cars on the street and parked in the driveway.

"Looks like a lot of people are here" Kye said

"Yep" I said "Wonder what they're up to" I looked at Kye and saw her already smiling at me.

"Lets find out" she said and we started running towards the house. I heard a lot of people talking in side as we ran up to the door and stopped. Why use the front door? I smiled and put a finger to my lip, looking at Kye before motioning for her to follow me. We walked to the back yard, jumped the fence and headed in through the back door. No one seemed to notice

"She should be here soon" Mitch said "I just saw her and her friend coming from the mall" he was panting heavy as he sat down.

"Are you sure?" Adam asked "I mean, shouldn't some one go out and make sure they get here alright?"

"They'll be fine" Quentin said "I've walked to the mall and back"

everyone looked at him.

"What? I have" He said putting his hands up. Adam walked over and patted his back

"Sure, keep telling your self that" Adam said then grinned "Fish"

Quentin's face turned red and stared right back.

"I am not a fish! I'm an amphibian!" He almost yelled. I grinned and leaned against the wall watching them before nocking on the wooden doorway. Everyone looked at the door instead of back at us

"Hide!" Adam said and everyone dove behind furniture. Some people looked out and waited for the door to open. Instead I walked out the back door and called in.

"Hello? anyone here?" I asked. I could see at least five different people hiding behind the couch. everyone turned and looked back to see Kye and I grinning.

"You were supposed to come through the front door" Jerome said. I shrugged and walked through the door,

"Sorry, I saw all the cars in the driveway and didn't know what to do" I said smiling

"So you came through the back?" James asked shaking his head. I smiled and walked over to him.

"Yes, I did" I said and hugged him. His face went bright red and an 'aw' went through the room and I looked around smiling.

"It's not like that you perves" I said "He's my brother"

"oh" everyone muttered and looked away. Kye was still standing in the door so I walked back over to her.

"So what's up?" I asked looking around

"This was supposed to be your surprise party but since its not really a surprise anymore" Ian said "I guess we'll have to do something else to surprise you" He got up and started walking over with a devious smile.

"Like what?" I asked suddenly getting a bad feeling. The others got up and followed as if they could read his mind and Kye backed away. I slowly backed out of the door as they came closer.

"How about a pool party?" Quentin asked from behind.. A cheer went through the crowd and they rushed forward. I only had enough time to think 'well crap' before they picked me up and started walking towards the pool.

"No! Please! I fan" I said desperately trying to squirm away.

"Not a chance Biggums" Mitch said as I was lifted over there heads and thrown into the pool. I screamed as the water got closer. The slap was loud enough for me to here under the water and I knew that was going to leave a mark. My hat came off and was floating in the water as I surfaced. I gave them the death glare before smiling.

"Looks like Kitty doesn't like the water" Kye commented from the side. There was a yelp as someone else was pushed in and soon everyone was starting to jump in. the water was foaming and everyone was splashing around. I swam towards the side but someone grabbed my hoodie from the hood and pulled me back.

"Where do you think you're going?" A voice whispered in my ear. I giggled involuntarily and was turned to face Mitch.

"Just out" I said "The wet jeans feel really weird" He smiled

"Then just take them off" I stared at him in horror.

"Nope, I'm out" I said and pulled away. I swam to shore and pulled myself out but someone else had grabbed my leg. I looked down to see James gripping my leg.

"Where ya going?" He asked smiling.

I had seconds to prepare before he pulled me back into the pool and under water. I stayed there and opened my eyes. It was silent and everything seemed slowed down. I looked around and saw James under near me, he was gesturing towards a pair of legs and smiling. I nodded and we swam over. I grabbed one leg, James the other and we pulled the person under and swam towards the other end. The person was thrashing around and we let go before swimming to the surface ourselves. We came up face to face with a mad and panicked Adam.

"What the HELL was that!?" He asked. I laughed and treaded water.

"We're squid children" James said in an evil voice before he sank under water. Adam looked at him in horror and started swimming towards the side.

"Halp! Te squids are after meh!" He screamed. I was still swimming in the deep end and watched as Adam was dragged under water again and came back up looking around.

"How the hell is he that good?!" Adam asked still looking around

"We were born swimming" I said and ducked under the water. I saw James circling beneath Adam. He saw me and waved me over. I saw towards them then veered away and came up just in front of them.

"He's beneath you" I said. Adam looked down in horror just as James popped up behind him and took a breath. Everyone was laughing now and I ducked back under and swam towards them popping up on the other side.

"Where'd he go?" Adam asked still looking around. James swam silently just out of view behind him.

"I don't know!" I said "Maybe the squids came to take him back" Adam looked up at me with a weird look.

"Maybe" He said " We are the squids!" I gasped

"NO! The squids have taken over his brain again!" Jason said as he hit Adam with a pool floaty.

"We have to save him" Quentin said also hitting him with a pool noodle. Soon everyone was hitting Adam with pool toys.

"STAPH!" Adam screamed trying to swim for the edge.

"Don't let him get away!" someone shouted, it sounded a lot like Jerome.

"Hold on I'm coming!" I said and ducked under water. I saw as fast as I could since I was still in my clothes and grabbed Adam's feet. He started thrashing as I pulled him away from the edge but he was too strong and started going back to the wall. I waited until we were closer before placing my feet on the wall and pushing off as hard as I could. He apparently wasn't expecting it as we shot out into the middle of the pool. I let go and surfaced for a breath only to be pushed back down by Adam.

"How dare you!" He said in a mocking tone "I thought you were one of us squids!" I was able to break free underwater and surfaced again just out of reach.

"Never! For the love of budder I would betray squids over and over!" I said mockingly. Adam looked at me with betrayal in his eyes.

"You are not fit to be a squid" he said in a serious tone "We squids-" he was cut off by Ty hitting him in the mouth with a pool noodle.

"Shad up" Ty said. no one could hold it anymore and soon we were all laughing our heads off. I swam for the stairs and crawled out onto the cement and lay down in the warm sunshine, closing my eyes.

The sound of splashing near by got me to open my eyes just as a bucket of water was dumped on me from above. I sat up and looked at them.

"Really?" I said looking Jerome and Ian in the eyes "I'm already wet!" I smiled and stood up.

"We know Biggums" Jerome said "But you were starting to dry off. cant let a squid like you die" I burst out laughing.

"SQUID?!" Adam asked from the water "Kill it!" he swam for shore and I ran towards the house.

"I'm sorry but I have to go change" I said over my shoulder at them shaking my leg and sending water everywhere "I just cant stand the feel of wet jeans!" I shuddered and went inside. I heard laughing be hind me as I walked up to my room. I stripped off the wet clothes and grabbed one of my swim suits out of my dresser. I quickly put it on and grabbed a towel before heading back down.

"Well that's not fair!" Ty said when I walked back out

"What?" I asked looking down at myself "What I do?"

"You have a swim suit on! None of us do!" He replied. I laughed

"That's because I was smart enough to put one on" I said jokingly as I threw my towel aside. I jumped back in the pool and was instantly surrounded.

"That just makes you look more like a squid!" Adam said as he lunged forward. I ducked under water and pushed off the wall and swam into the middle. I popped back up and smiled at them.

"How are you that fast!?" Adam asked looking at me

"Because I'm not a squid!" I said "I'm a different type of water animal" I ducked back under water but something grabbed me. I squirmed and tried to break free but they hauled me to the surface anyways.

"Then what are you?" Jerome asked as he held me above the water.

"An eel" I said and flopped back into the water. I swam to the bottom and looked back up at them smiling. I stayed down there as long as I could before pushing off the bottom and swam to the surface. I took a deep breath and look around. Everyone was still splashing around as I swam to the edge again. I grabbed the side and just floated around for a while.

"Hey Helen!" A voice called. I looked up and saw Kye swimming over. She still had her clothes on and her hat was the only dry thing she had.

"Yes Kye?" I asked as I stood up in the water.

"Thanks for the awesome day" She said. I smiled

"No problem. Thanks for being a good friend" I said. Then I remembered something

"Did you have your phone in your pocket?" I asked. She looked down and started patting her pockets worried. She let out a sigh of relief.

"No, I must have left it in my purse" She said. We got out and dried off before walking into the house. Kye walked over to where she had set her purse down and pulled out her phone.

"I have to go" Kye said "My parents tried calling and left a text telling me to come home" She said sadly

"K, do you need a ride? I'm sure one of the guys will give you a lift" I offered but Kye shook her head.

"I live just down the street a bit, but thanks for the offer!" She said as she walked out the door. It closed behind her and I sat down in one of the chairs in the kitchen.

"Helen! Come on!" I heard James call from out side. I quickly got up and ran back out side. This was such an awesome day.
