Ways to de-stress and practice self care

1. I go to this place call Kiva. I try to everyday Monday-Friday. They have support groups on different topics and it is nice to be able to talk about things without being judge and I almost always feel better when I leave. 

2. Kiva also have yoga, guided meditation, and Qigong so I also do that. yoga is on Mondays for an hour and Wednesdays for a half an hour. Guided meditation is on Mondays and Qigong is on Tuesdays. Qigong is Chinese yoga and is used in Chinese medicine. A good way to get rid of negative energy and bring in positive energy. 

3. I also practice Qigong on my own time at home by watching YouTube videos of people doing it.

A/N: According to the November calendar we will be learning about Chakra's starting this month. I can't wait for that. I feel that all of my Chakra's are blocked and I want to know how to make them balanced. All these things are how I de-stress and practice self care.
