How would you like to be remembered when you're gone? You could even write your obituary.

I would like to be remembered as a good friend and strong spirited. I want to be remembered of the kind of person that made the world a little bit better and some systems fix or changed.

Obituary

Jasmine Dyer, 100 years old (I want to live that long and only that long)

passed away peacefully at Rosewood Nursing & Rehabilitation center with her loving family by her side on (Future date) Born and raised in Worcester, Jasmine was the daughter of Edward and Julie Dyer and lived in Peabody, MA for (Amount of years. Hopefully I'll be able to move there next year.)

Jasmine graduated from Worcester Tech High School in Environmental and went on to graduate at Salem State with a Bachelor's of science degree in Education. She worked at Brown Elementary school as a teacher's aide. She is a Wiccan. Jasmine volunteered her time as a girl scouts leader as well as other organizations. She particularly enjoyed spending time with her family, reading, camping, and traveling.

She will be lovingly remembered and missed by her two children, Joshua Albert Jr., and Julie, and her husband Joshua Albert Foisy and their children husbands and their grandchildren. Great Grandchildren. Sister in laws Felicia Foisy, Tracey Claveau Norman, and  Erin Foisy. Brother in law Mike Foisy. Dear friends Emma and Rachel.

A/N: When I die I want to have a wiccan funeral but I also like on general hospital what Oscar wanted after when he died. Instead of a funeral, They just talk about happy memories they had with him. I would like a combination of that and I don't want people to dress in black.

My goal is to live to be 100.
