33. How does Journaling help you?

I have been doing this December and I think it helps as well as going to Kiva. Josh wants me to focus on my mental health. Right now we are not together anymore but I still have hope that we will someday. I feel that it does help me but sometimes I feel that I don't want to be here anymore or that I feel like self harming. I couldn't work on any of my Wattpad stuff for a few days because I was feeling depress about Josh and his mom. After we talked that kind of made me feel better because he didn't say "I'm done" or we didn't use the words broken up or break up just to be friends again and we both agree that someday we could be together when we are both ready. I thought that it was really helping me but now I am not sure. I hated that he was worried about my mental health and according to his mom he was shaking.
