19. How does journaling help you
I have been journaling since December because Rachel started doing those prompts and I wanted to do those prompts too. Back on my birthday in October I had a psychic reading and one of the things she said is I should get a dream journal. I haven;t done that but I think this is good enough. After a while of using her prompts I decided to make another mental health journal and find my own prompts. It helps me by improving on my mental health and writing everything down on how I feel. To be an open book and not to have any secrets. It makes me to focus on the positive then the negative.
