16. What can you do or change to focus more on your wellbeing?

I have been going to the support groups at the Kiva everyday. The support groups they are doing this month are peer support,Coping with Anger,  Breaking Cycles, Sharing & Caring Conversation, Trauma Informed Addiction Support Dual Diagnosis, Wellness Wednesday, Peers of color. Compulsive Behavior Support, Life with and Without Limits, Spanish peer support, Living with Loss, Alternatives to Suicide, Voice Hearers & Alternative Realities, Spirituality and Wellness, System Survivors Group, Recovery through Art, and Recovery through Rhythms. 

The support groups I go to are Sharing & Caring, Wellness Wednesday, Compulsive Behavior, Life with and without limits, Living with Loss, Alternatives to Suicide, Spirituality and Wellness, and System Survivors. there are other things they offer. They also offer ASL class, Yoga, Zumba, and Guitar 101 and I'm also taking advantage of that. They are all free. 

This is something different then I used to do. I used to let things bottle up and not tell anyone how I feel. Especially when I have those thoughts and I don't want people to worry about me. I gave in when I found out about the Kiva and choose to go to those support groups and talk about stuff that is going on and what's on my mind. What's bothering me. I think this also help make me feel comfortable talking about what I am talking about in my support groups to my mom. I think everyone who has struggle should go to support groups and talk about what is going on with them.
