I have a hard time loving myself because when ever something happens I would blame myself like everything is my fault. Some people throughout my life even blame me for things I didn't do so that's part of it. Sometimes when I feel "too" happy later that day something happen like my mom yelling at me and I cry. That's why I also have a hard time living in the moment. I hate when people say you have to learn to love yourself before you are in a relationship. That is not true and I was watching a video of this girl talking about her depression and she also have a hard time loving herself but she currently has a boyfriend. She talked about this and now you don't have to love yourself to be in a relationship. At the Kiva we were talking about this too because some people there have a hard time loving themselves. Josh understand this and because of that he remind me everyday that he loves me, I'm beautiful, I'm special and so on. I feel that I will always struggle with this and that's okay. I don't have to.
