It has been a week ever since Amelia and Raymond moved into the island; everyone seems to get along pretty well with the new villagers. But ever since that day, Marshal has been getting many more tasks to improve Kohi Island. He was in his home, carrying some paper works while his tiny legs tingles by how many papers he is carrying. "Ugghh... Too many tasks...." He said while groaning but then his foot got tangled up with a paper on the floor which made him fell down on his butt while the paper works he was carrying scatters around the air. "I really need a vice..." He said while his eye twitches. The next day, Marshal was hanging a paper on the billboard right next to the Residential Service Building that announces a job vacancy on becoming Marshal's vice. "There, hopefully anyone would take this job." Marshal said before he sighs in relieve, he then checked his Nook Phone to see if there is a schedule that needs to be fulfill. "Oh right! I have to bring a Cat Tower for Raymond! It's his job's anniversary today!"

Marshal quickly run towards Amelia's home, he ordered her to make a Cat Tower yesterday and he already gathered the things she need to make the furniture. He enters Amelia's house and saw her already finished the Cat Tower. "Ah, Marshal. You're just in time, I've finished the Cat Tower you need." Amelia said before handing over the furniture to Marshal. "Thanks Amelia, I'll be on my way now." He said before he walks of slowly while carrying the Cat Tower that was taller than him. He went passed Lolly who was a bit surprised with what Marshal is doing. "Ummm... do you need any help?" Lolly offered while looking concerned. "No it's fine, I can manage on my own." Marshal said in a struggling tone while keeps walking. After a while of walking, he finally arrives in front of Raymond's home. He then knocks the door before Raymond opens it. "Oh, hey there Marshal. How can I help you?" Raymond asked while smiling. "Happy Job Anniversary Raymond, I brought this gift for you." Marshal said before pushing the Cat Tower he was carrying into Raymond's house which made him shocked by the gift he received. "Wow, this is so sweet of you. Thank you Marshal." He said while smiling sweetly with tiny blush on his face. Marshal looked away while blushing as well. "I-It's no problem. I just want to show how I care for you." He said before he shook his head. "Well I better go; I'll be seeing you later."

Just when Marshal is about to take a step, Raymond suddenly hugged the back of his round head, stopping him. "Don't go yet, how about I serve some cookies and milk for you?" Raymond offered before winking cutely at Marshal which made him blushes again. "P-Please, don't bother. I—" "I insist!" Marshal got pulled back into the house and he got put onto the couch. "Stay here, I'll be right back." Raymond said before he walks into the kitchen. Marshal could only sigh at this before he lay his back on the couch. "Oh boy... why am I getting all nervous around him? What is this strange feeling that's swarming in my chest...?" Marshal thought for a bit before his eyes widen in shock. "C-Could I be... falling in love with him?! Agh pull yourself together Marshal!" He then starts scratching his head out of annoyance before he lay back again.

"Your snacks are ready!" Raymond's voice called before Marshal looked over. "Wow, that was—" He was cut off when he saw Raymond is not wearing his usual gray suit. He is now wearing a black and white maid outfit while holding a tray of cookies and a glass of milk on it. "Q-Q-Q-Q-Quick?" Marshal shutters while his face turned crimson red while blood drips from out of his nose hole, he is sweating too much and steams evaporate from the top of his head before he finally faints on the couch. Raymond gasped before he ran to Marshal. "Marshal!!" He quickly spill some milk on his face to wake him up. Luckily, it manages to wake him up and made the steams go away. He coughs loudly before looking up at the maid cat right in front of him. "Are you okay Marshal? Is there something wrong?" Raymond asked while bending his ears down out of worries. But because of his maid outfit, Marshal faints again while blushing madly. "Oh no not again!" Raymond screams in worries before he starts shaking his body to wake him up.
