"Jonathan, your family is here," Parker told me. I groaned. I've been waiting for this visit all week. I just didn't think the whole family would show up.

Out of seven kids Paiten and I are the eldest. Then comes Audrey, much like me Audrey is my favorite sibling. Out of the seven she admires me the most and could careless for the alpha title like me.

"Long time no see!" Audrey burst through my office door as Parker made his exit, her heels clicking on my marble floor as she walks.

"He little sis," I get up and walk over to give her a hug.

"You left me with our disastrous family. The trip was horrid!"

I smile. Audrey's not aloud to leave the house till she's eighteen. At the age of sixteen she despises our family as much as I do. Especially our dad.

"Talking about our disastrous family where are they?" I asked. She shrugs and plops down on the couch. I shake my head and walk out of the office on search for my family before they start causing chaos.

Ethan is the fourth eldest. He inherited everything from my dad. From his dark hair to his ruthless behavior. Dad has always favored him the most. He is nothing like Audrey or I. At the age of 14 he craves power, and wants the alpha title. To bad Paiten, me, and Audrey would have to die in order for him to get it.

I find Ethan in my game room. Surrounded by all his little friends he has here. I shake my head.

"Where is everyone else?"

"I don't know how am I supposed to know?" He rolls his eyes, acting all brave in front of his little friends.

"OUT!" I yelled. Everyone eyes snapped to me. "Everyone out!" Everyone except Ethan left the room in a hurry.

"Don't act all big and bad, your not alpha,"Ethan continued to play his game. I grabbed the controller and stood in front of the TV.

"Until Paiten is found I am. And, I am not taking your fucking crap, get out. This is my room," Ethan stood up and stormed out. I followed behind him shutting the door.

Beth is the peculiar one out of us all. At the age of twelve she dose not know any better then to care about the alpha title. With her red hair and caring attitude she takes after Paiten. Which is why she is Paiten's favorite. She absolutely adores him, and I don't know what she's gonna do if he dose not turn up.

I find Beth, of course, in Paiten's room.

"Hey Beth, do you know where mother is?"

"Last I seen her, she was taking Lucy and Lauren to change," I nod. Leaving her to do her I go to there old rooms here where they still have clothes.

Lauren is one of mothers favorites. She inherited dads dark hair, but mother's selfish attitude. If everything is not about her twenty four seven then there will most definitely be a problem. At the age of ten she gets whatever she wants.

Lucy is mothers other favorite. She inherited dads dark hair, and mother perspective. She thinks bad of everyone but her self, mother, and Lauren. All in all she is the second spoiled brat in the family right behind Lauren. Lucy is also the youngest at the age of eight.

Of course I find all three of them just as I predicted.

"Mother, where's father at?" I asked.

"Not a clue sweetheart," She came over and offered a hug, I declined. "Have you been smoking? Jonathan what have I told you about smoking! What will everyone think whenever they find out that you have been smoking again! You will dishonor us all!"

I roll my eyes. The usual dishonor speech. Instead of saying a thing I walk out the room.

"Jonathan! I have been looking for you everywhere," Leah says running over to me, "I couldn't mind link you, due to I'm not officially apart of the pack, but dad. He's saying he's back in rule. Curfew has been put back up and no humans are permitted on the ground."

I growled, "WHO DOSE HE THINK HE IS! Where is he?" I asked. Leah took off in one direction and I followed her.

"Hello son." we find him out front.

I sneered.

"William, what are you doing?" I asked. Alex and Parker were kneeling down on the ground before him and a huge crowd surrounded them.

"Showing everyone what happens if they defy the Alpha!" He said while putting his arms up in the air.

"Well, your not alpha anymore, until Paiten is found I am alpha, so back down," I challenged. Alex and Parker both stood up.

"Is that a challenge?" William asked.

"No its the truth. You will never be alpha! Not unless all your children die, and the council will not let that happen. You've already had your chance. The last thing they need is another mad power hungry alpha, so walk away," The only thing I inherited from my father was his anger. His rage.

"Challenge accepted!" He back up a few feet and the circle of people widened. William started to shift, shredding his clothes and trading them for fur and a tail. Bones cracking into place.

I looked over to Alex and Parker, "Find Audrey make sure she's safe, if I don't come out of this alive she is the packs last hope until Paiten is found. Keep away from father and get word to the council of what happened," I also then back up a few feet then also start shifting. The circle widens even more.

Let the fight begin.
