Lucy's POV

Natsu asked me to go to the store to get something's because there will be guests over later today.

So here I am, in the frozen section.

List of things to buy
•Candy
•Cupcake batter
•chips
•cookies
•Ice cream

All I need is the ice cream and I'm done! But I went pale when I heard a voice behind me....

"Lucy?" I turned around to see Sting standing there. Sting and Natsu hate each other's guts, but before I became a maid, Sting and I were best friends. I haven't told Natsu yet.

'Stay away from Sting' Were Natsu's words, it was the only time I've seen him really serious. So I had to listen. 

"I'm sorry, I have to g-" but I was cut off by Sting grabbing my arm.

"Why are you running away from me?" Sting asked, he also doesn't know who my master is....

"I-I'm just in a hurry."

"Fine, but answer this question." His voice became  serious. I nodded.

"How's that bastard Natsu treating you?" Sting asked, my eyes grew wide.

"How did you know?" I mumbled.

"That symbol on your hand." Sting answered with annoyance in his voice. SHIT I forgot that I had this symbol. This symbol lets everyone know that whoever has it is a maid of the prince. It's the fairy tail symbol if you didn't know.

"Answer my question." He said.

"H-he's really nice, he
t-treats his girls equally."

"...Tch." Was the last thing he said before walking away. So I hurried to pay for everything and go home as soon as possible.

Once I got home I put away the groceries and hurried upstairs to find something to clean, but was stopped when someone started talking to me.

"What's the rush?" I turned around to the one and only Prince Natsu Dragneel.

"Oh I just need to finish my chores!"

"But the only reason I sent you was because you said you finished you chores, did you lie to me?" Natsu asked, oh no!!

"N-no..." I mumbled

"Then what's the rush Lucy?" The salmon haired prince repeated.

"Ummmm....." I couldn't think of anything that could get me out of this and not lie at the same time!

"What happened at the store? You were acting fine before you left."

I sighed, I'm just going to tell him. I hate lying and knowing the consequences at the same time.

"I saw S-Sting at the store..."

"What's so bad about that? As long as you don't talk to him there's no reason why you should be acting the way you are."

I stayed quiet, not wanting to say that I did talk to him.

"..... Wait, don't tell me you did talk to him."

All I could do is nod, I was terrified right now. 

"Lucy~" I know that tone. It's when Natsu is angry, it's also the 'your-screwed' voice.

"H-he is t-the one who s-s-s-started talking to m-me first..." I whispered still trying now to cry.

"Is there anything else I should know before your sent to you room?" Natsu asked using the same tone. Natsu is one of the very few people who don't like physically hurting their maids when they have done something wrong.

"B-b-b-before I became a maid I used to be friends with S-Sting."

"Ok, go to your room young lady."

"Yes S-Sir." I mumbled before heading to my room. I really hate it when Natsu's mad at me, but I could understand why.

Flashback
"Girls come here!" I heard Natsu yell from the living room. We were in the kitchen doing who knows what, it was Sunday. And you know what that means......

"What's up?" Evelyn said.

"Whenever you girls go out I need you to stay from a man named Sting."

(Shows us a picture)
And my eyes widen, but nobody saw.

"Why Natsu-San?" Abby asked while tilting her head.

"He's a really bad man, and that's all I will say." Natsu continued.

All of us girls nodded in agreement, even though we had questions of our own.

"So remember.....Stay away from Sting.

End of flashback

That's when I let a tear fall, and another, and another. I couldn't stop my tears.I hate it when I'm in trouble, mostly because I know.....

He's disappointed in me.....
