Warning: nightmare and smut

Jeongguk shivers in fear. His body began sweating. He clutched on his blanket tightly, whimpering in fear. He was having a nightmare after a long time. He was alone and weak. He tried to scream but couldn't able to utter a word. His body was trembling on bed. He cried in pain. He was traumatised after the incident. But he was recovering.

He's strong. Jeongguk always remind himself. He felt a pair of arm around him. While he continue whimpering in sleep.

His breathing start getting normal while hearing those comforting words. After a while, he opened his eyes. His body drenched in sweat.

"T-Taehyung..."

"Baby, I'm here. Don't worry, you are okay."

It's been months (almost a year) since he discharged from hospital. His hand was fine, but didn't recover from those nightmares (completely). The first few months wasn't easy for him. He constantly gets nightmares but eventually the number of nightmares starts to getting decrease. And he proud of himself for overcoming it.

"Are you okay?" Taehyung asked, holding his baby in arms.

Jeongguk nodded.

"Don't worry. I'm here. I love you." Taehyung comforted, lightly squeezing Jeongguk's body as they were cuddling on bed. It's past seven o'clock of morning. And Jeongguk was drenched in sweat.

He slightly pulled away from Taehyung, who looked confuse.

"Baby, are y-"

"I'm gonna take a shower." Jeongguk cut off him and sat up on the bed and then climbed out of the bed.

"Want me to join you?"

Jeongguk shook his head and without looking back he stepped into the bathroom. He immediately washed his face with his shaky hands when he stood infront of the counter. He had a nightmare after very long time and he totally hate it. But he cheered himself and took a cold water shower.

Jeongguk changed into oversized dark blue shirt which covered his paws and white some shorts, his hair was still wet as he walked out of the bathroom.

His gaze met with Taehyung who was working on his MacBook. Without thinking anything, he walked towards the bed and settled down in between Taehyung legs, hugging his waist and resting his head on Taehyung's torso.

Taehyung chuckled and put down his MacBook aside to turn his full attention on his tiny one.

"Are you alright?"

Jeongguk hummed, cuddling against Taehyung's torso.

"I want to go home,"

Taehyung froze at first but then nodded, even though, Jeongguk couldn't see him.

"Nanna called me and she asked you to come with me,"

"Baby," Taehyung breathe out. "Y'know, I can't. Ive been busy lately-"

"Okie okie, I know and I already told her."

Taehyung start toying with Jeongguk's hair.

And yeah, Jeongguk moved into Taehyung's mansion. But he cried his eyes out when he had to leave his Nanna. But he occasionally go to meet her and his Nanna always welcomed him with love and food.

He sometimes miss his Hyungs since he didn't go to office after that incident. He's been staying home and recovering. Sometimes, he thought to himself what would happen if Taemin shot him in head on that day. He wouldn't be able to spend his time with his beloved ones.

"And I want to join the office again."

Taehyung's face went blank, his movement stopped.

"We'll think about that," he said. He didn't want to let go the younger out of his sight. He can't take risk. He was scared for the younger. But he knew he can't keep the younger to himself. After all, it's his life and deserve to live as his wish.

Jeongguk pouted and looked up. He leaned up with puckered lips.

"What?" Taehyung mutters, softly.

"Kiss," Jeongguk blinked his big doe eyes. So Taehyung just pecked his lips.

"More please," Jeongguk uttered. Taehyung pinched Jeongguk's sides, gently, looking down at his baby. Sometimes, he gets nervous while touching the younger. He's scared what if he accidentally hurt him. Because Jeongguk's so precious just like a glass.

Taehyung plant a kiss on Jeongguk's forehead.

But Jeongguk wanted more so he leaned up but paused when someone knock the door. But they didn't pulled away from each other.

The door creaked open.

"Taehyung, Namjoon's here. He's been waiting for you in downstairs." Veronica informed, smiling sweetly. Her eyes fall on Jeongguk.

"Good morning, gguk. Did you sleep well?"

Jeongguk nodded and smiled at her. She's really sweet and kind. Jeongguk and she really get along with each other. She's a good accompany.

"Good morning," Jeongguk mumbled, enough for Veronica to hear him. She smiled and left the room.

"C'mon, get up now and I will bring your breakfast here." Saying so Taehyung left the room to meet Namjoon.

Jeongguk grumbled under his breath. He didn't get his kiss. He groaned and take out his phone. And dialed his hyung's number.

"Hyung, can I ask you something?" He said, when the person picked up his call on the other side.

"Nanna, I'm full. My tummy is peeking out of my shirt now!"

"Aigoo! Stop complaining. I think Taehyung isn't taking care of you properly, look at you, you are looking so thin." Nanna grumbled, pushing the plate of pancakes towards Jeongguk, whose cheeks were already puffed out as he was eating.

Jeongguk gulped down the food and looked at his Nanna.

"Nanna, don't worry." Jeongguk mumbled, then pursed his lips. He wanted to say something more but keep his mouth shut.

"I gotta go now, Nanna. It's already dark outside. He'd be worried about me."

Nanna smiled and nodded.

As time passed, Jeongguk reached Kim mansion with Taehyung's driver. He was carrying a small parcel from his hyungs'.

"Tae," He called when the door opened for him. The smell of roses and scented candles hit his nostrils. His rosy pink lips parted in surprise when he gazed around the hall. It was decorated with different colours of roses.

"Are you serious!?" Jeongguk whispers to himself. But his breath hitched when his gaze meet Taehyung who-who was in designer tuxedo with his hair pushed back, showing his holy forehead.

"What's going on?" He asked to Taehyung as he stepped towards him.

"Beautiful flowers for my little petal," Taehyung expressed, handing the bouquet of roses to Jeongguk, who scrunched his nose cutely, cheeks red as the roses.

"Tae, thank you."

"Get ready. We're going on a date." Taehyung confessed. He grasped the younger by his small waist and spins around him to walk towards a room near them.

"Date?" Jeongguk mumbled to himself as he was pushed into the room. A suit was placed on the bed for him.

Taehyung stays outside the room while waiting for the younger who came out after a few minutes. He looked so beautiful and small, Taehyung could stare at him all day without getting tired of his beauty.

"So pretty," Taehyung blunted as he caressed Jeongguk's cheek. The bangs were falling over his forehead, his big eyes holding the whole damn universe, cheeks were pink and his rosy cherry lips-

"I have something for you too,"

Taehyung snapped out from his thoughts and pulled the younger into his arms.

"But you have to wait for it." Jeongguk added, hugging back Taehyung who was sniffing Jeongguk's soothing smell. It was addictive and wasn't helping to calm down his damn hormones.

"Of course, I can wait." He pulled out and planted a kiss on Jeongguk's cheek. Then he led him towards their date destiny which was at their backyard of mansion.

Jeongguk spotted a table, it was big enough for two person. It was beautifully decorated, candles were lit up on candelabra, a full plate of strawberries, and some wine.

"Are you planning to get drunk?" Jeongguk asked, sitting on the chair while Taehyung sits near to him.

Taehyung hummed, pouring the wine into their glasses and handed the younger.

"We'll get drunk to have some fun,"

Jeongguk laughed, his eyes turned into crescent moon shaped while he picked up a strawberry.

Jeongguk was nervous because he knows about his drinking issues. He gaze at Taehyung who took a sip from glass.

"How about we stay sober and still have some fun," Jeongguk stated, earning a small chuckle from Taehyung.

"Then where's the fun?" Taehyung mutters, leaning towards Jeongguk.

"Shut up, arrogant monkey!" Jeongguk let out, cheeks were flushed. "And you have to deal with my papi issues." Jeongguk mutters to himself, taking sip from his wine glass.

"When are you gonna change that nickname?"

"Never," Jeongguk giggled, gently pushing the strawberry into Taehyung's mouth. They both laughed with each other and argued on what would happen if a lion and tiger fight against each other and to defense Taehyung said the tiger obviously gonna win at the end but if the tiger fight against a bunny, tiger gonna loose against bunny. They both were so drunk to talk stupid things.

"Bunny's favourite food is cabbage not that orange stick with green pony!" Jeongguk banged in his fist on table to emphasis his point.

Taehyung laughed at the adorable bunny. But he stopped while staring at Jeongguk.

"Jeongguk," he called, pulling the younger onto his lap. He unbuttoned few buttons of Jeongguk's shirt and interlocked his fingers with younger's. While his free hand was holding the younger.

Jeongguk wrapped his arms around Taehyung's shoulder, staring into those brown eyes. He looked down when he felt something on his ring finger.

"You forgot about this,"

"I know." Jeongguk whispers, as he remember what he said to the older that day. He felt bad but he didn't have any choice.

The engagement ring slotted into his finger perfectly. He kissed the ring and smiled at Taehyung.

"I'm sorry, I never meant to hurt you-"

"I know," Taehyung sighed. "We already talked about it. So let's drop that topic for now."

"I guess, you have no option to say no." Taehyung added as he kissed Jeongguk's cheek.

Taehyung grabbed a strawberry and placed it on mouth, trapping it with teeth. He squished Jeongguk's waist.

Jeongguk understood what Taehyung wanted so he leaned and bit on the strawberry, and he pulled it with the help of tongue, and then connect their lips together.

As one thing led to another, things start getting messy and steamy. Soon, they found themselves in their bedroom, making out. A kiss which was supposed to be short and innocent turned into something else. Jeongguk's legs tangled around Taehyung's waist while kissing deeply.

So- that's it. It's a wrap up! thanks for giving so much support and love to this book- i don't want to cry- this book is really close to heart and it was so fun while writing it despite all of it's silly mistakes. this was my second book on wp- i never knew my shitty book would reach to so many ppl and they would like it and enjoy while reading it. im gonna miss writing it, reading ur comments and theory. im gonna miss 'taegguk' of my book 😗 i seriously love their characters especially jimin's and jin's.
