Jeongguk clasped his hand over his mouth while holding his tears after leaving the CEO's cabin. He stepped inside the elevator.

He licked his lips and fixed himself when he saw a woman who also entered into the elevator.

"Hey, Jeongguk." She greeted, turning her head towards Jeongguk, who give a tight-lipped smile.

"What's with the attitude?"

"No, i-it's just I a-am not feeling–"

"Like, we know you and the CEO are a thing. But you should greet back people."

Jeongguk gulped down the lump in his throat at her words.

"It's not w-what are you thinking." Jeongguk stammered, glancing towards her as his eye sight was getting blurry as tears start forming onto his eyes.

"Oh c'mon, we know, even the whole office is talking. Or did he broke up up with you?"

Jeongguk didn't respond.

"That's really sad. After all, he's a heartthrob, what can you even expect from him? To ask you to marry him?" She let out a laugh.

"He just used you and now he's done with you. I even heard that he left the country to meet his lover. Reality is harsh, Jeongguk."

"He didn't use me." He mumbled to himself, those words were piercing into his heart.

"Ah! But don't worry! You'll get over him. Right?" She give a fake sympathetic pat on Jeongguk's shoulder and stepped out from the elevator when it opened with a sound of ding.

Jeongguk gulped again and stepped out as well. He lightly patted his cheeks and he held a fake-wide smile for his Hyungs.

"Ah! You're back?" His Nanna beamed, when Jeongguk entered into the house locking the door behind him.

Jeongguk nodded with a smile and kissed his Nanna's cheek.

"I made your favourite mint chocolate cake."

Jeongguk nodded again.

"Nanna, it's really late, you should go to sleep." Jeongguk rasped, then clear his throat.

"Are you okay, ggukie?" His Nanna asked.

Jeongguk nodded.

"Now, go and sleep. Good night. Don't worry about me, I will be okay and I will clean the dishes after eating, alright?" He gently pushed her Nanna to her bedroom.

"Jeongguk, are you okay?" His Nanna asked again.

Jeongguk smiled because he didn't want his Nanna to worry about him.

"Of course, i am. I love you, Nanna."

"I love you too, Ggukie." She murmured, before closing her bedroom's door.

Jeongguk sighed and went to his room to freshen up.

He take out his mint-chocolate cake from the refrigerator after coming to downstairs. He placed the dish on the counter and sit on a stool.

He moaned at the taste of the mint-chocolate. A smile slipped out from his lips but soon it's fade away.

"He didn't tell you because he don't want you to rub your nose in his business."

Suddenly Yoongi's voice crossed his mind. Jeongguk shook his head and continue to eat.

"He used you and now he's done with you."

He paused his movement on the second voice.

Jeongguk gulped down the chewed cake inside his mouth and gently touched those lips which was kissed by Taehyung.

He missed his warmth around him.

He missed the way he hold him.

He missed the way they both argue with each other.

Now, Taehyung wasn't with him, it's aches Jeongguk's heart.

Where is he? Is he okay? Is he eating well?

That's all Jeongguk could think every day.

"You weren't enough for him."

He shook off his negative thoughts.

It's not even a year with Taehyung, but still Taehyung impact his life so much.

"He used you."

"No, he didn't. Stop it." Jeongguk squeezed his eyes tightly while remembering the woman's words.

Jeongguk still believe in those beautiful fairytale where a soulmate always struggles for his another soulmate. But it's worth to fight or wait for your loved one.

But with him, the situation is different. He don't know if he should wait for Taehyung or not because he doesn't know the reason why Taehyung left him. Maybe, because he wasn't good enough for him, well that's what Jeongguk now thinking.

A sob left from Jeongguk's mouth. But he covers his mouth with his hand, so his Nanna couldn't hear him.

He pushed away the plate of the mint-chocolate cake and stood up to go to his room.

"He used you and now he's done with you."

He harshly opened the door of his room and closed it. He collapsed on his bed while whimpering and sobbing uncontrollably in his room.

Is this the ending of their fairytale?

"Gguk gguk gguk gguk,"

Jeongguk turned his head when he heard that.

"Stob it, shortie. You ain't cute." Jin mocked, letting out his cute windshield laugh.

"Sure, bottom." Jimin smirked.

Jin sent a murderous glare to Jimin and about to bark back.

"Hyung, we're in public area, can you please stop?" Jeongguk whisper-yelled to his Hyungs as they were sitting inside a cafe.

It's been a four weeks without Taehyung. And Jeongguk still didn't have the clue why Taehyung left. But he didn't lose his hope.

"Yes, so today I will give you a treat as I got a boyfriend!" Jimin squealed.

"WHAT?"

"Shush! You guys are so loud. And his name is Tony. He's such a handsome hunk, oh my god, he's so cute too."

"Wow!" Both the Js let out in unison. And shared a look with each other.

"Jeongguk, I am going out with my girls. Take care of house."

Jeongguk immediately went to the downstairs when he heard that.

"Don't worry, Nanna." Jeongguk comforted, hugging his Nanna.

"Yeah. Last time, you almost burn my house."

Jeongguk scoffed. "You're talking about a centuries ago Nanna, now I am a big boy."

Nanna ruffled his hair and placed a kissed on his temple and left the house.

Jeongguk's phone start to ringing but Jeongguk ignored it and walked towards the refrigerator.

"Nachos, I am back~" He sang and closed the door of refrigerator and placed the plate on the counter.

Jeongguk sits on a stool and about to eat his first chip when the door bell rang.

He groaned and washed his hands. He immediately made his way towards the door.

"Who would be this time?"

He gasped softly when he opened the door. His grip on the doorframe tightened.

"How you have been, love?" The deep voice, that he missed more than anything, reached to his eardrum.

"What are you doing here?" Jeongguk gritted out after a while, his voice was laced with bitterness.

In real, he wants to jump on Taehyung and kissed and hugged him to death but he can't.

Insecurities.

Taehyung's smile fades away. Jeongguk stepped back when Taehyung gently pushed the door to enter into his house.

"Aren't you happy seeing me?" Taehyung's lips again curved up into a smile while staring at the younger. He stepped closer to hold Jeongguk, who immediately stepped back.

"I said what are you doing here?"

"I came here to see you, baby."

"Don't!" Jeongguk warned when Taehyung about to touch him.

Taehyung furrowed his brows at the younger's behaviour.

"What's wrong with you, Jeongguk?"

"What's wrong with me?" Jeongguk chuckled, "What's wrong with you? aren't you supposed to be in aboard with your lover?"

"What?"

"I don't want to see you again, get out from my house." Jeongguk scowled, suddenly a wave of anger start forming inside him.

"What-what are you saying? A lover? Are you even in your sense?–"

"I am. Just leave now."

"Not until, you will explain me what are you saying." Taehyung again took a step towards Jeongguk.

"There's nothing to explain." Jeongguk mumbled, looking down at the floor.

"Don't tell me you're believing in some stupid rumours."

"You were vanished for a whole month without informing me anything, what do you even expect?"

"Trust!" Taehyung remarked, grasping Jeongguk's forearm.

"I do trust you but I-i just i know I am not good enough for you–"

"Shut up! Just shut up!" Taehyung grumbled.

"Do you know what are you saying? I leave you for some reasons, Jeongguk. I didn't even want to leave you in the first place baby."

"Then where were you?" Jeongguk asked, tears start rolling down on his cheeks.

"Norway. I went to Norway for some business."

Jeongguk start sobbing. "Leave me. I knew it, you already find someone better me there. You didn't even break up with me properly." He wiggled his forearm from Taehyung's grasp. But Taehyung pulled him into his arms. A place, that Jeongguk missed more than anything.

"I would never find someone better than you, love. You're the only one for me."

"It's obvious for you to be angry at me. But don't push me away from you." Taehyung hugged Jeongguk tightly, gently rocking their bodies together.

"I never pushed you away from me. It's you who did it." Jeongguk shoved  Taehyung away from him.

"I didn't push you, baby. I went for a Mafia's meeting. I didn't bring you there because I don't want people to know about you."

Jeongguk shot up his head.

"N-now are you ashamed of me?" Jeongguk gulped the lump in his throat.

"What? No. Baby, you don't know what are you saying."

"I didn't want them to know about you because it could risk your life. And risking your life is death of me."

Jeongguk shook his head, tears were streaming out from his doe eyes.

"I love you, Jeongguk."

Jeongguk stopped crying when he heard that, he sniffed and stared at Taehyung. He stared because Taehyung never said those words, like never. He never said that when they had sex, he never said that when they were sharing kissing and small moments.

"I love you so so much, like a crazy. I can understand the feeling of staying away. But again here I am, infront of you."

"I love you, baby." Taehyung repeated, and he meant it.

"Baby–"

"Leave Taehyung."

Taehyung's smiled dropped, he furrowed his brows confusingly.

"I need some time to think–"

"Do you have any second thought? You're mine and I am yours, that's it. Just drop the fucking topic now. I already missed you so much."

"No, Taehyung. I don't want to get hurt again, I need some time to think. Please leave."

"I didn't hurt you, and would never hurt you–"

"You already knew that I have trust issues but still you choose to leave without informing me anything." Jeongguk snapped, loosing his patience.

"I need some time to think. I again don't want to rush in our relation–"

"We never broke up, Jeongguk. It's you, who is over thinking the whole situation."

"Please." Jeongguk pleaded.

Taehyung clenched his jaw before turning his heels and leaving Jeongguk's house.
