"i'm so ready for this" (y/n) smiled at sam as they walked out the house. they held hands as dom locked the door and everyone got into the car.

"how are you so excited at 8 in the morning?" he yawned as he strapped his seatbelt over his body.

"i'm just excited. it's gonna be amazing! we're gonna watch spider-man and meet people and i get to spend the day with you guys" she and sam sat shoulder to shoulder in the boot, paddy rested his head on toms shoulder while harry looked out the window, paddy's hand on his knee.

nikki and dom sat up front; nikki navigating and dom driving. paddy's light snoring filled the car, as everyone else rested their eyes.

(y/n)'s eyes watched the scenery as it flew by the car window. she was the only child who hadn't decided to sleep. her right hand was interlocked with sam's left one as he slowly began to doze off, the grip on her hand slowly becoming looser.

when the car came to an abrupt stop, each of the four boys jumped awake, (y/n) giggled at their shock as they awoke.

"morning, sleepyhead" she whispered into sam's ear and lightly kissed his cheek. a smile appeared on his face as he began to unbuckle his seatbelt and watched as tom pulled forward the seat, letting them both escape the boot.

harry, nikki and (y/n) grabbed their camera bags and dom grabbed a backpack with the essentials for the day. sam and (y/n) walked hand in hand into the private cinema for the day, followed by harry, paddy, tom, dom and nikki.

after arriving, the 6 hollands - and 1 honorary holland - began to set up everything they needed to. when they were finished, people were already beginning to line up outside at 10am. harry had already begun to take photos of the venue and of various family members together - nikki and (y/n) the same. tom had met james who he spoke to for an hour before the event finally started and streams of people came flowing in and eagerly sat in the theatre.

hours, and many autographs, later, the holland family were finished with the first brothers trust event and were on their way home. hearts full, the 7 members piled into the 7-seater vehicle and began their journey home. everyone sat in their respected seats and paddy ended up falling asleep exactly how he did that morning; head rested on tom and hand on harry's knee.

sam and (y/n) were laid on each other too. her head rested on his shoulder, as his head rested on hers. their hands tangled together and their bodies as close as possible. sams eyes had slowly started to close when (y/n) spoke up in a whisper.

"this has been the best day ever"

sams eyes opened and a small groan escaped his lips. "what about the day i asked you out?"

"yeh," she sighed. "i guess that was alright, too"

"only alright?"

"i mean, it wasn't the best, so"

"hey!" sams whisper-yelled, followed by light giggling from (y/n).

"i'm just joking. today was one of the best days ever"

"that's what i like to hear" sam lifted his head off of hers and (y/n) did the same. they looked into each other's eyes as their hearts jumped internally.

"i love you" he smiled.

"i love you, too"
