POV: Ginny

She had to ruin it! I was having a amazing conversation with Harry and Hermione ruined it! She really is perfect for my brother isn't she.

I run to sit down at the table next to Fred who is sitting next to George who is sitting next to Dad who happens to be sitting next to Hermione who is sitting with Ron of course, who is sitting next to mom and mom is sitting next to a empty seat which is right next to me

"Sorry I'm late" Harry apologies as he sits in the seat next to me. I may or may not be blushing right now..like a lot

"So Ginny I heard you're going out with dean Thomas" my mother said as I roll my eyes

"Why does it bother people so much who I date" I calmly say grabbing the mashed potato's while looking at Rons plate (which of course looks like Mount Everest)

"I don't know...I just..I always thought you'd end up with someone close" mom says as everyone looks up from their food with bulging eyes and a smile

"Explain a little more mother" Ron asks as I give him the famous "I'll Hex you in your sleep" look

"On second thought" he said with a scared look while he goes back to eating

"No no, Molly explain a little" my father says as if he's the most clueless wizard ever

"I always thought that maybe Ginny and...Harry would get together one day"

I swear to god I saw Harry blush but I blushed to because it was embarrassing.

"Why do you think that Mrs Weasley" Harry says with a smile

"Harry I've told you multiple time to call me Molly and to call him Arthur"

"Ok, why do you think that Mol-" Harry starts but smiles

"What makes you think that Mom" he says as Mom gasps

"Harry I'm honestly honored" she states wiping away a tear

"Mom I've asked the question 3 times"

"Oh yea, well you're already part of the family, and I remember Ginny having a crush on you" she says as something hat I didn't think was possible happened, my eyes got bigger.

"Oh really" Harry says blushing while looking at me

"Yes I did have a crush on you a while ago" I say confidently as Harry smile shrinks just the slightest bit

"I swear it's like watching one of those soap operas Muggles like. What's it called...a telenovela" Fred says as everyone laughs..well everyone except myself .

After dinner everyone went up to their rooms to rest

As I lay down I see Harry at the door way

"Come in" I say getting up a bit on the bed

"I have a question" he blurts out

"Shoot" I say

"Why did you like me" he asks as I look down

"Because I thought you're perfect and I loved your personality" I say as he smiles

"Why'd you stop" he asks sitting next to me

"Because you didn't feel the same way"

"Oh" is all that comes out of his mouth as he moves closer

"So Ginny what are we gonna do with this dean dilem-" Hermione interrupts (yet again)

"For Merlins sake CLOSE THE DOOR" she says before leaving

Harry and I just break down laughing

"Well anyways, goodnight" he says getting up and leaving the door

"Good night Harry Potter" I whisper smiling to myself realizing that my feelings never went away. The only reason I'm going with dean is to make him jealous. I guess we will see what happens.
